What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.

Highly recommend Kustom Disaster Restoration.
I called Kustom following severe flooding to my business. From the jump Kustom showed-up in force and got right to work. They communicated everything up-front, open, and honestly with me. They helped me understand the situation and the steps/timelines I could expect. They worked with me on game-planning the restoration, and gave advice on how to best proceed. Kustoms communicated with me every step of the way and showed a genuine interest in getting me and my office taken care of. Trusted them with both the mitigation and the complete renovation, and I wasn't disappointed. Kevin and his crew entire worked tirelessly to get me back up and running. Genuinely a great group of people, and despite the circumstances that led to it, I am glad I got to work with them. They exceeded my expectations, and got me back in my office in half the time it would've taken most.

Valley services of Arizona was called for roofing and ceiling repairs, an inspector from the company came out on 1/17/22 and summary of coverage to insurance company was sent. Valley Services of Arizona also requested that my solar panels be removed to start the job, as requested the solar panels were removed in anticipation of completion of the work. After approval from insurance company for coverage, an authorization for repair selecting Valley Services of Arizona was signed 3/15/22. A deductible of $1000.00 was paid on 3/22/22. Project Manager, Angel, had also completed a second inspection of the home to start the project but the project never started despite signing the contract and giving a $1000 deductible. I tried communicating with Angel numerous times on the start date of the project but he was unable to ever provide a start date, stating that Valley Services of Arizona doesn’t directly complete roofing repairs and they instead subcontract that out to another company to complete the work. When asked when the roofing company would come by for start of the job, Angel was unable to provide information, instead he would give an estimated time frame which came and passed and the roofing company never came out. When I expressed my concern and frustration over lack of communication of actual roofing inspection and start date Angel again didn’t try to ease my concerns or prioritize getting someone out to start the job, instead he showed lack of interest in the work and when customer expressed maybe we should just part ways and return my deposit, he quickly stated that was fine and he would let management know and cancel the job. Because of the extended amount of time that had already passed by with zero work being done on my home for repairs, I decided to call the company and request a return of deductible and cancel the job, I also requested to speak with management to express all concerns with no callback or deposit returned when promised, as of 4/8/22. This company and the project manager showed complete unprofessionalism, they obviously don’t really care about completing jobs and just want to take your deposit money! Please avoid this company and hire someone who actually cares about the quality and integrity of their work!
