Water fighters helped us redo our whole shower after a leak. They came out on a holiday weekend right away to begin the process. The workers were all professional and they worked quickly to get our bathroom working again.

Top notch service from this restoration company. Jose & crew arrived quickly, performed the mitigation and cleanup perfectly. He came back every day, on time, to check on the dry out process, until properly completed. They cleaned everything up real good, as expected. Project manager Matt R went above & beyond to explain the entire process, answer all questions, provided the re-build quote paperwork quickly, and worked with our insurance company to get the settlement completed in an expedited manner.

I liked that they checked the status of our water damage and how it was drying every day.

Frank was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was available around the clock and answered all my questions with detail. He sent someone out the next day and he was also very helpful. Showed and explained everything he was doing to check for moisture and mold. Thankfully none was detected. I appreciated the honesty, specially when a different company had already been here a day prior stating we would need walls torn down etc. I knew something was off and decided to call NextGen for a 2nd opinion, I'm so glad I did! What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.

Cesar and his team do quality work. I highly recommend them and will hire them for my next project. They just finished water damage repair which included mold removal. They also did an amazing bathroom remodel, installed new flooring and are installing custom stairs. Water Fighters are great!

Fantastic work from Ciryus he was on time and very professional during this loss. His boss Rowell was very on top of things and kept updating my friend loss at the house. At 3:30 am a flood happened in my house. I called them and within less than a hour they were here. Brad helped me through out the whole process. So pleased with his help.
