I am new to the Phoenix. when my home flooded, I called Restoration 1. Darrin and his team came out in no time and had all of the water removed from my home. Once all of the water was removed, they removed anything was not saveable. I would recommend Darrin and Restoration 1 for any and all water damage work. If I ever have another flood, i am calling them right away.

Despite all the delays and issues my husband and I encountered with our rental company and the damage done by the AC company, Aaron form Zona Restoration was on top of our struggle, in contract with my daily, sometimes multiple times to inform me of what was happening. His crew was extremely professional and informative from the moment they because involved. Not only were they able to clean up and removed the water damage but they did a beautiful job repairing the damage done to the walls and carpet. I HIGHLY recommend them for anything needed and will keep their information on hand for the future when we are able to own a home again!

Another company wanted to charge for a whole bath remodel job, and when I contacted Tom and his crew, it turned out to very a very minimal job. Great job done and what's more I saved all the big bucks. Just goes to show how some guys try to hard sell seniors with unnecessary work. Fantastic service. Great price. They cleaned our house of cat urine stains and smells. the process was quick, easy, and extremely effective. They were very professional and explained the entire process. I highly recommend them if you have pet smells in your home. Carpet cleaning companies are just as expensive and your house will still smell. I wish I found this company months ago.
