David always kept me informed and responded to all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. James built and installed our new cabinets and went above and beyond his normal job to ensure we had the best quality work. We are very thankful for Arizona Fire and Water!

After surveying a half dozen recovery services to address water and mold damage due to a faulty water heater. I decided to go with AM/PM Restoration. They were prompt to inspect the site and provide a competitive estimate. They communicated well, outlined the process, started on time, and completed the job quickly. They were also willing to work with my special requests. They followed up in the days afterwards to make sure everything was satisfactory. In summary, would use them again for damage recovery (though I hope this is not for a long time!).

We had WMF technician to fix a smoke damage in our house and it was a great experience. Everything was perfect for scheduling the service, interaction with the technician. The technician would let us know what was going on. I am 100% satisfied with WMF service and I’ll use them again in the future.

ASAP Restoration is an amazing company! I own a rental home in Arizona and reside in Florida. I have issues with water damage, cracked walls, and drainage at my Arizona rental home. Omg where to start!! We had our drainage pipes replaced because they because it busted all threw out home !! Acuity builders was amazing!!! We had started with a different company with our kitchen, needless to say we didn’t let them go any further! We hired Acuity builders , what a difference between the two companies!! From start to finish , Gaby did our walk through and estimate, answered all questions and dealt with the insurance company!! Matthew was the foreman for a project . Him and his team did a beautiful job on our bedroom and bathroom ! We did some upgrades to our bathroom and our bedroom floor, Mattew gave me an estimate and stuck to it !!! Matthew was very communicated and answered all questions! After 6 months of being out of our home they came in took over like a⭐️ Boss ⭐️and got us home !!! Thank you so much !! We will be using them in the future!!

The company provided excellent service. They rebuilt my bathroom after mold remediation. Converted my tub into a shower. The tile guys took extra time to match the tiles so that it looked like the veining matched. They even worked on a Saturday when they weren't scheduled. They were at all times polite, hardworking, knew what they were about. Also very neat.
Cleaned up after themselves every day. Our bathroom is very small but still two people were working in it.
We highly recommend them.
