We had a water heater issue. We shopped around for not just quotes but for professionals. We landed on Penguin. We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Erik. He provided a thorough and detailed explanation of our problem and offered an affordable solution. He kept in touch every step of the way. He called when he was on his way, he called to confirm the appointment, and he called when he was gathering materials. 5-star service!

I can't say enough good things about these folks. They came out quickly to help us when we were in a pinch. They could have taken complete advantage of us and our situation but they didn't. They were friendly, homest, fair and bent over backwards to help us out. They have now become our go to company for anything that ever goes wrong with the plumbing in our home.
