The employees did an EXCELLENT job! They dismantled a large portion of a wall that had an abundance of water within it, dried it all out, conducted a mold inspection, and after the issue was corrected, put everything back like the day they arrived. I HIGHLY recommend Disaster Recovery Restoration for any water issues.

He also made himself available to me throughout the entire job, and I could tell his job knowledge was quite extensive (he shared what seemed like a lot of it with me, which was VERY helpful).

Saying Ryan's team provided a great experience for a less than ideal situation would be an understatement. They were able to come out on short notice, quoted me _FAR_ less than a competing company, and saved me potentially thousands of dollars in repairs. Bob and Chris were extremely professional, wore proper PPE while in my residence and were clearly competent on the subject matter. I always felt that they genuinely cared and had my best interest for the course of action they described. They turned a potential nightmare into at most a temporary inconvenience. They are definitely a vendor you can trust in completing the project from beginning to end. They also provided us with a free estimate for the repairs prior to the work being approved to be completed. I would definitely recommend.

First Onsite started drywall on a project last December, but left everything else unfinished. They tried to tell me they needed to replace my entire upstairs floorboards even though only a few boards we're damaged. Replacing my upstairs flooring would have resulted in a minimum cost of over 1,000 in excess parts alone. When I located the replacement model, the technician told me the model was out of stock and if he found it the tint would not match. While I was being ghosted by First Onsite, I found another contractor to replace my floorboards using the model I found and it was a perfect match. Months later First Onsite tries to bill me for repairing everything when all they did was drywall. I sent them documentation of the unfinished work and requested a corrected invoice. It took them two months to send an updated invoice and the new invoice still included costs for things that were not done. Though I was promised an updated invoice a copy months ago I still haven't seen one. In the meantime they have tried to issue a lien on my home twice. Both times I have had to contest the lien referencing the unresolved billing issues. My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. It is nearly the end of October and my billing issues are not resolved. I'm surprised they have 4 stars. Maybe they treat companies better than people. 11/5 update: this matter is now resolve. Updating review from one star to two stars.

Lorenzo, and Luis Agular were both well beyond my expectations! Here I am with my condo upside down with water damage, and these two are getting their part of the job done, quickly and correctly! And making me laugh !!! I had a big smile on my face the whole time they were there! I needed that.
