Coit employees were very courteous, professional and dressed very neatly. They took me all around my home and we looked at the tile that needed cleaning (which was my whole house).They called 20 minutes before arriving which I appreciated as I work away from home.I just LOVE the work they did! My floors looked wonderful! The tile had been down for 15 years. My whole house smelled wonderful and still does. Nothing that bothers my allergies either.They would be the only people I ever use in the future. I will be calling them back to do my area rugs!

I needed a company to cut down a large area rug for use in different room. It was heavy, bulky and had some cleaning needed. Not only did Phoenix Carpet come out to Gilbert to pick up with in just a few days after initial phone call, they finished project much earlier than anticipated and had it delivered to my door within a weeks window. The carpet looks amazing, they had to put binding on a couple of sides and it matched the existing edges perfectly. The office was stellar in communications as well, notices sent when finished, when pick up van was on its way and after delivery, photos sent to show where rug was left. This company is an absolute pleasure to do business with. Can't say enough good things about their excellent customer service.

This guy was hired by allstate to check on moisture issues found on a bedroom carpet in my home after a heavy rain..He came in and suggested the claim from allstate to be dropped and advised he could do the work of drying out the area, replace the padding under the carpet and that he would check for the issue causing the leak..
A fan was placed in the area and left overnight..The area was checked the following day and the padding was never replaced and the cause of the damage was never looked into..The charge for using a fan? $300..When he was questioned via email about the work and the charge the entire story of what was going to be done had changed and a breakdown of costs was created in an attempt to justify the $300 charge.
A deceptive and dishonest business that overcharged and didn't do as promised..I would steer clear of this shady businessman..
Allstate was given the information and hopefully, do not use this business for any of their claims issues..

I finally found my go to company for things that deteriorate in my older home. It's difficult to find an honest, helpful company these days, but Kowalski Construction is all of this and more. Jason went out of his way to show me exactly what was going to be done and why. Ron was a friendly and skilled expert at fixing and repainting the damaged drywall. All at a fair and reasonable price. Thanks again for the great job you both did.

Adam came out last April when we had water damage and was AWESOME!!!! HE made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with.
THEN tonight we came home to a collapsed ceiling and water damage all over our kitchen. Adam and his crew were at our house in essence than an hour cleaning everything up and starting to get it fixed. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs restoration foe their home.
