I liked that they checked the status of our water damage and how it was drying every day.

Integrity is a wonderful company. They arrived within 2hrs after being notified. Lily's crew was awesome!!! They took special care with all of our belongings and were careful around my very frightened cats. All worked very hard and didn't stop till the job was done, which took 3 days for them to pack up 3 bedrooms of our stuff. They were all so kind and polite. I could not have asked for a better group of people to get me thru all of this. Lily constantly communicated with me as to what they were doing were going to do, so l rarely had to ask a question! I truly appreciate her and her crew more than they could possibly know! I'm pretty sure l could not have gotten thru this whole disaster without their kindness and compassion!!!

These guys were awesome. Our air handler in our attic leaked all over our ceiling and Rocky Mountain Restoration came to fix it all up. Jaren was the person we saw most. He was responsive, very professional and did his job very well. He also recommended someone to come and fix our air conditioner which also worked out nicely. I was especially impressed by how excellent he was with our young children. The company worked with our insurance and made the process very painless.

Cleaned all my clothes and rugs. I think they are overpriced. My art work looks the same as when they took it. I do not think it was even touched but i sure was charged for it. Backing paper was still water stained. Looks like they just dried it out. I could of left it in this AZ heat to dry it off too. Took 3 months to get things back with multiple calls to get that accomplished.
