You can tell every single one of them cared, had exceptional interpersonal skills, and were on time every single time. I hope I don't need them again, but if I did, I would call them in a hearbeat! There were very quick to respond to our initial call and were there that afternoon to look at our home. Service was started the next day and they were great at communicating when they would be there for service. They cleaned everything up when they were finished. It is a very stressful situation when you have a loss but they made it less stressful. I would highly recommend Service Masters.

Anthony was very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. My Main issue was dirty grout, and I am extremely pleased with the result. My tile and grout cane out much brighter and cleaner than expected. My kitchen floors no longer bother me. I would definitely recommend!

This team has been so incredible taking care of pack outs and deliveries. My house flooded and that same day we had a team here helping us manage and move everything in the affected areas. These guys were awesome. The estimate they game me over the phone was acurate, with no surprises. They did a wonderful job fixing the spots that my damn cat clawed at by the doors. Highly recommend. These guys are over due a review from me. In December I bought a house. The carpets clearly needed to be replaced. Do to scheduling there was no time to have them replaced while the house was still empty. These guys came and made old dirty carpet look new to the point where I didn't need to replace it.

All three guys I worked with at rocky Mountain Restoration,l; Lee, Caleb, and Rulon were very quick, prompt and answered all of my questions. Lee was very helpful in making sure I had the information I needed and all of the work was done well.

BEWARE. Absolute rip-off. Was quoted $79 as that was their minimum. In actuality that is JUST their drive fee. Then they charge another 45 and 40 on top of it. Asked for pet stain to be removed - pet stains are still there and smell remains. I ended up having to use my Bissell and I had better luck...AVOID. Not professionals!!

Cleaned all my clothes and rugs. I think they are overpriced. My art work looks the same as when they took it. I do not think it was even touched but i sure was charged for it. Backing paper was still water stained. Looks like they just dried it out. I could of left it in this AZ heat to dry it off too. Took 3 months to get things back with multiple calls to get that accomplished.
