The crew at Arizona Fire and Water Restoration did an AMAZING job on replacing our roof. From beginning to end, they were professional, thorough and fast in the completion of their work. Communication was great from project set up to the end. They were even able to help us over a holiday weekend. We appreciate all the work guys.

Top notch service from this restoration company. Jose & crew arrived quickly, performed the mitigation and cleanup perfectly. He came back every day, on time, to check on the dry out process, until properly completed. They cleaned everything up real good, as expected. Project manager Matt R went above & beyond to explain the entire process, answer all questions, provided the re-build quote paperwork quickly, and worked with our insurance company to get the settlement completed in an expedited manner.

We were able to move into our new home due to their assistance. The attic was inspected, the ventilation was improved, and the attic was treated. Our mold problem has been resolved. They were also punctual, courteous, and responsive. I highly recommend them.

Daron and his team were quick, professional, and pleasant to work with! They did a great job and were able to complete it ahead of schedule. Definitely recommend.

I called Go To on Friday morning 2/22. Their tech, Jason called me within 10 minutes & made arrangements to see me on Saturday so he could assess what happened where my ceiling had fallen. He was there on time - in fact he was there before I arrived. He cleaned up the mess & told me he'd be back Sunday morning. He showed up 15 minutes early (which I greatly appreciated). He brought Gary with him and there was another example of the great people that Go To Services hires. Gary was warm & personable - he shook my hand & got to work. I was very impressed with him & Jason.
Jason took the bull by the horns & was so willing to help me through figuring out how to handle my insurance & he stayed with me through that call too.

Like others, I was amazed by the positive Google reviews. I even read through a bunch of them to see if they were legit or if they looked like they had been written by friends of the company. Well, my experience was definitely legit. Made a call, texted my info, and had a return text saying someone would be at my house in 15 minutes. Did I mention that this is on a SATURDAY!! Gentleman shows up, I'm a homeowner in a panic, and instead of taking advantage of me, I get a clear concise outline of the situation and a plan of action. My situation ended up being smaller than most I guess, but it was reviewed thoroughly. Outstanding customer service in an industry that has people already in a panic. I would highly recommend this company. My experience was 6 stars.

Kenny and his team did a great job on a water damage restoration project at our house. Essentially our entire floor needed to be retiled after a major plumbing pipe issue. He got started almost immediately, was very communicative throughout the whole process, and was very easy to work with. I also greatly appreciated the attention to detail. The finished product looks perfect, and we are very happy with our experience with Acuity Builders.

As per usual, Coit did an excellent job cleaning my couch, loveseat, and carpets! I have used this company numerous times before and will, in the future, use them again!

Chris was awesome. We had a bad leak that was quite a disaster and he was able to come out, reroute our water line. He did everything in a timely manner and when he was done everything was cleaned up as well! Thanks Chris!

Super fast response,efficient equipment and professional communication thru out

I hired this company for one of my clients projects and I think I did because I felt confident enough after reading all the good reviews they have. My client came across a water damage so I had to recruit. I couldn’t be happier knowing that my client was satisfied with the results. These guys are highly recommended by me for their level of excellence and professional service.

Momentum Carpet Care did a great job. They were on time and did the job on short notice. I was in a 2nd floor apartment and it was pouring rain outside and despite that they worked through it, got it done quickly, got out all of the stains in the carpet, and gave me a fair price. I would highly recommend their services.

Do not use this company. If you don’t care about them being on time or caring about there work being clean or leaving drywall foot prints all over your house and driveway, nails in my driveway and the street then this is your company. Tyson was unprofessional and non responsive. I wish I could give zero stars. I’m an easy going guy just call and show up when you’re supposed to and take pride in your work. Not asking too much. Seeing all the reviews I’m betting they “won’t find me in there records” but seems to be a reoccurring problem I wish I would’ve read the reviews before letting them work on my house.
