Best Floor System in Phoenix AZ

What a fantastic experience. Can’t say enough about the whole team at arrowhead deck. My 1998 kool deck and cement patio were looking tired and old. We decided to go with travertine pavers and so happy we did. The whole yard looks like a resort. Only complaint is now we realize the rest of the yard needs a refresh :). But that’s a good thing. Arrowhead delivered on everything they promised which is so rare today. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop but it never did. The crews attention to detail was second to none. No skipping the details. Everything was done on schedule.

Highly recommend Solid Rock Structures. I never felt pressured and love the ideas and creativity they brought to the table.

I would give zero stars if possible. I am very disappointed with Slide-Lok I had my garage floor done 2 years ago using Side-Lok. Two weeks after the floor was replaced, rust started coming from beneath the surface in several places. Prior to their work, I never had rust on the cement floor; therefore it must have been something they did to prep the floor for their product. I suspect this rust came from the rebar, if this is true, they gave no warning and provide no guarantee to cover this. After months of calling and leaving messages they did try to repair the spots and then said there was nothing more they could do. A WARNING TO ANY ONE WITH REBAR IN THEIR CEMENT, IF THERE IS ANY MOISTURE IN THE GROUND IT COULD RUST AND COME TO THE TOP OF YOUR NEW FLOOR.
I was told to get a rug to cover the spots, it is not what I want to do after spending over $2,000.

Buildco transformed our backyard. As soon as I made the phone call they came out to discuss our ideas on the yard, gave a fair estimate in a timely manner and started and completed the project as scheduled. From the initial estimate with Gary to discussing the project throughout its duration with Joe to open and clear communication with Rosemary for payments, we could not be happier that we went with this company. Professional and skilled workmanship that we are so excited to show off to family and friends. Highly recommend!
