I am so happy I called 1-800 Water Damage. From the very first phone call, I could tell they were an amazing company. Not only did they make it to my home in less than an hour after I called them, but they answered all of my questions and helped me understand the entire process with my insurance company. Calling them was the best decision that I made. They handled all of the flooding in my home in LESS than 72 hours. And that's say A LOT since I accidentally flooded two bathrooms, a hallway,my master bedroom, a closet, and a connecting wall! At first I felt totally embarrassed because I had left the bathtub running for well...a very long time - but they were so professional and I instantly felt like I was in good hands. Top notch service from this restoration company. Jose & crew arrived quickly, performed the mitigation and cleanup perfectly. He came back every day, on time, to check on the dry out process, until properly completed. They cleaned everything up real good, as expected. Project manager Matt R went above & beyond to explain the entire process, answer all questions, provided the re-build quote paperwork quickly, and worked with our insurance company to get the settlement completed in an expedited manner.
