Gabe responded quickly to my request to have a 240V outlet installed in my garage for charging my electric car. He was a very personable guy and was more than happy to offer advice and suggestions to my project to improve upon it. He was very fast, professional and accommodating. 1st visit in December 20133 other electricians passed on this job as it was too complex. Mark came out and really did not want to do the job but he decided he would try to find the problem. If he could locate a beginning he would do more. He was here over 3 hours; got dirty and aggravated from the electrical mess....he did an amazing job. The recent visit has been in the wake of my husband's death; so my need to have problems fixed without additional stress are high. Mark is solid gold for George Brazil. The wiring in this house is a mess. This time it was the air conditioner, electrical under the kitchen sink, lights in the entry and outside; and a plug for the outside of the house. He found the problems, fixed them affectively and did all he could to provide a combined billing that option that presented the best possible price. He cares about the work that he does and it shows in everything he touches. He moves forward with an efficient and pleasant attitude. While George Brazil may not be the least expensive option they are most reliable. When Mark leaves everything works. I could not praise the excellence with any higher commendation. My first experience with Fixer was a 10/10 experience. I reached out to them because one night our Air Handler was not turning on and flashing a low voltage warning to our nest thermostat. I called 3 different HVAC companies and finally got one out the next day. Quick analysis showed that the unit was perfectly fine, but it appeared to be an electrical issue with the outlet that the unit was plugged into. Queue the real headache of the service industry:

1.) Called a local electrician, quoted a 200 diagnostics fee just for showing up and then parts and labor would be on top. Soonest availability was 4 weeks out.
2.) Called another 'national' electrician, quoted a 150 fee for showing up and additional hours would be 75 per hour with parts and labor. Earliest availability was 2 months out!
3.) Discovered Fixer online and filled out the repair request based on what i knew. Was quoted $119 for the first hour and then everything would be prorated to the minute there after. Felt reasonable and the best part was they could get someone there the next day. My fixer showed up, was extremely professional and quickly diagnosed the issue that the HVAC company could not. Upon diagnosing the issue, my fixer explained everything that he was going to try and then explained what could be the root cause. 1 trip to the hardware store for parts and my fixer was completed with the project. Two burnt out electrical switches and plugs and everything was back up good as new. Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. total cost $200 with parts and labor.

So quickly said, if you value your time, want transparency with what is actually occurring with your problem, and want top of the line customer service, give Fixer a shot. Could not be happier with their work.

Bodie was professional, quick and helpful with detecting other issues throughout the house that need repaired in the near future. Was provided multiple options for repair from full replacements to partial for cost saving.

Scott was great. I attempted to wire a smart thermostat myself and blew my units transformer in the process. He was able to get out the same day I called and replace the transformer. He also recommended that I replace some old wiring connecting the unit to the thermostat because I was experiencing power lose at the thermostat. I did just that and BOOM, everything powered up as it should. Great experience, thank you Scott!
