Not happy with company, broke some of my items . Said they will mail a check. Been 2 weeks and no check. From the first day job did not go well, kept wanting to tear more walls down that didn'tneed it. Will never use again.

Water Fighters Restoration painted the kitchen cabinets, entire main house and master bedroom, as well as put up composite fencing to hide my air conditioners and pool equipment. They also changed out all my lighting fixtures. They were courteous and professional. I hired them a second time with the same great results. I plan to use them again in the near future.

These guys were awesome! Took care to cover everything, cleaned up their mess, very thorough and on time. Have used other companies in the past, but these guys will definitely be my go to for carpet repair and cleaning, fire and wate restoration cleanup and repair

We are buying a house that had some water damage. Another competitor restoration company promised to send someone out to look at it for us. Three days later, they had not, and we had very little time left on our inspection period.

AM/PM very kindly agreed to make some time in their schedule---right after heavy rains when they were busy---to send someone out on short notice. Really appreciate their willingness to work on a tight timeline and help us out.

Our church had a flood from a plumbing leak during the night. Square One came out quickly, took care of the immediate problem, and helped us through the entire remediation process. What I loved about them is their excellent communication and follow through. Also, the quality of their work was superb. I would recommend them to anyone needing restoration work.

My insurance company called this company to evaluate my kitchen for water damage. They had my schedule, but chose THEIR time to come out. They demo'ed my kitchen on a Tuesday, it's now Saturday, left everything in my back yard, they lied saying the ins. company would send an adjuster. The ins. company said they should NOT have said that. NOW, it's up to ME to find a contractor for estimates, install the drywall they cut out, install the cabinets they tore out and clean my yard of the debris. I called, left a message for a return call, around 530, even tho its after hours, they SHOULD return calls in a timely manner. They would not give me any estimates to repair the work they started.
I would NOT recommend this company for ANY insurance work since they are unreliable, and you can never get in touch with someone. A RELIABLE company would keep in touch, give TIMELY return calls, give the estimates which would be beneficial to determining WHO to contact with, and most of all...

We are dealing with the hot water tank leak, we have worked with this company previously through our insurance. Unfortunately the initial experience was tremendous but the current experience has been a nightmare. What should’ve taken a few days has now taken multiple weeks, very poor communication and follow up with the team. We have been promised multiple times a job will be done, then the workers leave and the work is left unfinished. We’ve had to call multiple staff members including the general manager requesting immediate resolution and we are still waiting for this job to be finished

Ron and his team just finished the demo for our kitchen. They did a great job. They were very careful and quick. All was cleaned up when they were done and we are now on to our next phase.

Run away do not I repeat do not use them the worse in US and over priced

During a stressful time after water damage to my home, I was very surprised that every staff member that entered my home was professional, couteous, even respectful of our home and belongings. Lucus, Matt, Julie, Yarida are welcome back in my home any time. I would definitely recommend and won't call anyone else if there's ever a next time.

The company provided excellent service. They rebuilt my bathroom after mold remediation. Converted my tub into a shower. The tile guys took extra time to match the tiles so that it looked like the veining matched. They even worked on a Saturday when they weren't scheduled. They were at all times polite, hardworking, knew what they were about. Also very neat.
Cleaned up after themselves every day. Our bathroom is very small but still two people were working in it.
We highly recommend them.

I had water damage and asbestos in my walls. Bryan was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding the process. They got in and completed the abatement quickly and did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend their services!

Working with Mark & Don was great, but the subs used for rebuilding my cabinets and installing them was sub par at best. In the subs defense, the company that removed my cabinets (Bingham) did not do him any favors by totally deconstructing them. What was remaining of my original cabinets should have all been transported to the cabinet maker, but they were not. This caused excessive reworking of the cabinets by the sub.
