Highly recommend!! Extremely professional and on time. I had a water leak in my home and Servpro of NW Phoenix was out to my home before too much damage was done. They quickly extracted all of the water. The team was very polite, efficient and hard working.

Very professional from the beginning to the end. Their secretary is professional, and we were able to get answers to our questions with just a quick phone call. Their contractors are also professional, and everything about them says that they are a trustworthy company. We hired them to fix water damage to our house, and they did a great job.

I really appreciate the work that Servpro of Central PHX did on my house after we had a pipe burst while out of town that flooded the house.
They restored a lot of items and got my house and carpets dried and repaired.

From the moment we called the front office, we were met with such kindness and courtesy. Thank you Mary and any other staff we came in contact with. It felt like the company bent over backward to come out to our home and get our mitigation underway. Tony, our project manager, was prompt, thorough and always available to answer our questions. He really moved the job along quickly.

Remodeled a home built in the 70s that consisted of asbestos. I called Concept from a recommendation - they came out next day, inspected, and provided a quote to remove all drywall and insulation. They showed up on time, were very clean, communicated well and wrapped up the work on time per the schedule. Great service - great people and great value.

Square One Restoration is outstanding. They took care of everything after we had a water line rupture in our attic and flood the interior walls. Ryan and his team handled the water damage, reconstruction, and insurance company. Remodeled our kitchen and two bathrooms and it turned out great. If you want to make your life easier hire Square One, they take care of everything from start to finish. Extremely competent and professional.

For now on me and my family will always use 911 restoration for any water damage an repair in my homes.

What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.

Ray Odum came to our home and figured out what the problem was and how to solve it. It was actually more extensive than we thought. He was very knowledgeable and professional and was always there when we had a question. All of his workmen were nice to work with. We never minded having them in our home. Guillermo is an exceptional tile man, a true artisan. We were very pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend this company for any restoration work.
