Hugo and the crew at Venturi were very professional and did a quality job restoring our home after water damage.

Josh was onsite within a couple hours of me calling him. We had a hot water pipe that leaked while we were out of town, so he immediately called in an environmental engineer to test for mold, etc. and to follow the proper protocol for remediation. After the testing was complete, his crew came onsite and removed all the cabinetry, carpet, drywall, insulation, etc in the affected area. They were neat & professional and were careful with several items like marble counter tops for re-use.

Josh made sure the project was done quickly - but more importantly, done right.

Hopefully, I am never in this situation again, but if I am, my first call will be to Josh.

We used Square One Restoration Water Fire Smoke Damage Repair to restore our bathroom that had been flooded. Water everywhere. Walls badly damaged. They fixed everything. Total pros, easy to work with - they dealt directly with the insurance company.

My carpet wasn’t in the best shape (old, dry and delaminating) and the tech was very informative in explaining the process of repairs. I’m moving and had to have my house move in ready for the next tenant. Staff was super friendly, on time and did a great job cleaning and made the carpet look like new! Took a huge load off of my shoulders.

While the employees were decent the damage left behind was worse than from the flooding. If not for the insurance company making payment without my authorization I would have had some recourse. There was a considerable amount of damage to the closet and room doors caused by the machinery that was used for extraction. South Ridge in Mesa, I will a picture of the damage.

There are way too many carpet cleaning companies in Phoenix to waste your time paying hard earned money for poor service. Not a good experience working with this company. I wouldn't recommend them.

I had them clean three rooms in my house. They were very prompt in getting there and fast and courteous cleaning the carpet. They done a great job and I would use them again

BEWARE. Absolute rip-off. Was quoted $79 as that was their minimum. In actuality that is JUST their drive fee. Then they charge another 45 and 40 on top of it. Asked for pet stain to be removed - pet stains are still there and smell remains. I ended up having to use my Bissell and I had better luck...AVOID. Not professionals!!

I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
