Melissa provided nothing short of amazing customer service and expressed empathy for me. Servpro of Thunderbird Valley was wonderful in every way. My home suffered smoke damage in a wildfire that was deemed a national disaster in Louisville, CO at the end of last year. It was a terrifying event and our entire community was in a state of shock, even those of us whose homes had survived. PuroClean did a great job cleaning up our property from a plumbing leak. It took a while to pinpoint the source of the leak but the whole time the place was kept clean and dry.
