Arizona Fire & Water have a very responsive and empathetic team that made our negative experience of having a water loss easier to cope with. Marquis did an excellent job coming to our rescue. He was the first point of contact and was very personable in assisting us. We were assigned a project manager, David. David always kept me informed and responded to all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. James built and installed our new cabinets and went above and beyond his normal job to ensure we had the best quality work. We are very thankful for Arizona Fire and Water!

I’ve used Phoenix Carpet Repair for years. They are responsive, professional and deliver great service. They did a series of carpet repairs for me, the results were what I hoped for and the price was reasonable. I’ll use them again and recommend them highly!

Jenkins Restoration did a great job drying out our water damage and preventing mold. We had an upstairs toilet leak through the ceiling of the downstairs bedroom. They got out immediately and got to business. Everette and Caleb were there every day for a week checking on everything to be sure it was drying properly. I would highly recommend Jenkins Restoration.

BOR was very professional, right on time, friendly, skilled, and thorough. I had water damage from a leaking water heater and they did an outstanding job making sure every speck of mold was removed and all drywall, baseboards, and paint were restored. It looks better than it did originally now. Would highly recommend them for your restoration needs.

The employees did an EXCELLENT job! They dismantled a large portion of a wall that had an abundance of water within it, dried it all out, conducted a mold inspection, and after the issue was corrected, put everything back like the day they arrived. I HIGHLY recommend Disaster Recovery Restoration for any water issues.

I called ASAP at about 9 PM expecting to leave a message or talk to an answering service. The owner Josh picked up the phone and was at my house within an hour of my call. He assessed the situation and after I agreed to what needed to be done he jumped into action. He left a few fans and a dehumidifier for a few days to dry things up and he called each day to be sure things were going well. A few days later he collected the gear and gave my former flood area a clean bill of health!
Josh was very conscientious about everything he did. When he removed the bottom part of the drywall he measured as to leave straight cuts, simplifying the future repair. He also cleaned up every single piece of debris and vacuumed the area when he was finished. Nobody wants a flood but when it happens you want ASAP to clean up afterwards!

The crew was so fast and professional. They made me feel like I can really trust them to take excellent care of our items. Thanks everyone!!

We were about to have over 50 guests show up for a graduation party for our children when my wife discovered a leak in our garage- OH NO!!!! I had a friend refer R2 Fire and Water. From the moment I called Justin, I knew I was in the right hands. He arrived almost immediately and put my wife and at ease. The process was seamless with all their knowledge and skill set. We were able to continue our party and they took care of the water and mess. What a true team! I highly recommend Arizona Total Home Restoration. My condo got flooded by my upstairs neighbor. My condo is older, so asbestos was found in the joint compound. Nathan, Company President, and his team came in and answered all my questions (which were a lot). They did a phenomenal job on the asbestos abatement demolition. They were even able to help identify other issues that were uncovered once demolition was complete (e.g. different drain pipe leak). I am so thankful for their help!

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.
