Mike and Ryan at SERVPRO were incredible. Called on Sunday about a water leak at my in-laws home. Within 2 hours they were at his home and dealing with the leak. The home is 1 hour drive from their location so I was very impressed with how fast they arrived. Once the leak was corrected they went right into remediation which was handled extremely fast and in a professional manner. Luckily, the damage was less than was expected. They gave my FIL great advice in regards to not filing an insurance claim before they had a chance to inspect the damages. This not only saved money, but saved them havibg to file an insurance claim. Highly recommend their services!

Josh of ASAP Restoration answered my early morning emergent call regarding a failed sump pump that had caused flooding in my basement. The leak occurred overnight on a Monday and was discovered on Tuesday around noon. The call to Servpro was answered promptly and we were put into the system. Within 1 1/2 hours, Lorenzo Montoya, the crew chief, and his assistant, Luis Aguilar, arrived. The water was immediately removed and the blowers, heaters and dehumidifiers were put in place. It is one week later and the job is complete - every area is completely dry. Lorenzo and Luis were excellent. Lorenzo called me every day to announce when he would arrive and he summarized the results of his work every day when completed. He also kept me informed as to what the next steps were going to be or could be. An extremely well done and professional job by highly skilled and dedicated men. I highly recommend without reservation this Servpro facility here in Scottsdale, AZ.

When I called Square One I spoke with Ryan (Owner) who was very polite and knowledgeable. I explained my mothers home received water damage a few days ago and the carpet is now starting to smell. He stated he cold come over that afternoon! He and his assistant surveyed the damage the first hour and explained the water damage to the carpet, pad, base boards and drywall. They brought in equipment to dehumidify and dry out the home. Five hours later my mother called me to say they just left and they were very polite, quite, respectful of her property and the house smells good again! I have nothing but good things to say about Square One and Ryan. I recommend them to anyone who need home restoration services!

The service was directly related to Matt the representative for the company in charge of our case. He was always a available and took care of everything.very promptly. He is an exceptional representative for the company.

Tom and his crew were very knowledgeable and thorough. They did not try to oversel me -- just recommended what was needed to take care of my problem and then came out and did it. They were on time, professional and very friendly. I can't recommend these guys enough for mold remediation or any other air quality issues you might have!

What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.

I recently experienced severe water damage at my property where 4 units were affected. Initially it was pretty stressful trying to figure out what to do next. Once I reached out to Blusky, Justin was to my office within a few hours. He came to the property and instantly added ease to the situation. His knowledge as to what to expect prepared me for the difficult conversation with my residents. Throughout the entire process Justin was always available, providing daily updates and offering stellar Customer Service. My company owns many apartment complexes throughout AZ. Unfortunately, we have had a lot of losses throughout the years. We have used a lot of different restoration companies in the past, but now all of our business goes straight to Interstate Restoration. Tom Glenn is the most honest and straight forward person I have ever dealt with in the industry. I highly recommend Interstate and Tom for any job, big or small.

We had a leak in our condo. Yes they arrived quickly but here is why the rating is poor.
The carpet was wet they arrived went around and put tape on the wall that showed moisture but yet they did not take the base boards off they left them on did not roll wet carpet back just put dryer down and that's it. Next day same . The leak happened on Sunday and it took them until Tuesday to pull underlay away and Wednesday finally removed baseboards. This was dragged on until Thursday. My neighbor had a different company Silverton they were excellent. Arrived very quickly and also pulled up and back everything. This bill was 3200 from Servpro $$$$. Very expensive and not great. Every day a different group of people. My neighbor had the same team they knew what had been happening with her property and her leak far worse and she was dried out around the same time. I do not reccomend this company.
