These guys do a great job at fire, flood, and biohazard cleanup as well as mold and asbestos removal!!! I would give them 10 stars if the option was available!!

Lee was amazing! He walked me through the whole process and was very professional. I had a flood from the rain this month. He came out as soon as I called and helped me and my family get through this. I really appreciate him and the company for their responsiveness.

Wow. I have been a Realtor and property manager for 25+ years. In all that time, I’ve never worked with a Phoenix restoration contractor that I could praise or refer to others in good conscience. That changed this week when Lotus undertook a critical (and extensive) remediation project for one of my clients. Their communication is excellent as was their response time. Cleaned all my clothes and rugs. I think they are overpriced. My art work looks the same as when they took it. I do not think it was even touched but i sure was charged for it. Backing paper was still water stained. Looks like they just dried it out. I could of left it in this AZ heat to dry it off too. Took 3 months to get things back with multiple calls to get that accomplished.
