We had a water leak in our attic which came through the ceiling.Rocky Mountain did an excellent job of coming out quickly and setting things up to dry things out thoroughly.Afterwards, the repair required asbestos abatement which was completed efficiently and swiftly.Final repairs were excellently done. Everything looks as good as new!

My wife and I just purchased a condo that after move in had a weird smell. They came out to sanitize the a/c vents and it really helped. Alex was very professional and explained everything he was doing. Very impressed. Will definitely use again if needed.

My parents had a big house fire the other day and our insurance agent (my brother in law) asked for them because he saw how well they worked on other homes. Well, i am so glad he asked for Kowalski construction. They did it all. From board up, to photos and videos, to help my parents get a beautiful home in the end. After a house fire, no one knows what to do or what's going to happen. These guys (especially Riley) have been nothing but the most professional, courteous, and helpful of all after the fire. They calmed my parents down, talked them through it, and gave them hope. What more can you ask for after something so big happens?!? You made it a lot easier for us to get through this.

I'll post before and after photos, but we have a long road in front of us and so glad you are the ones with us!!! Update- we are done. We have had some issues along the way but it was expected. We only have 1 big problem and we are working it out. The back yard was left unfinished even through it was in the initial paperwork to have Kowalski's do it. I won't go into detail until we see the resolution.

Jimmy was my rep from this company and I have dealt with other companies and Jimmy was very prompt and worked with my schedule. Valley Fire and Water did great work and provided top notch customer service. I had them come to our commercial office building where we had water damage and it had sat for some time and they got it cleaned up and got rid of the awful smell from the basement! They responded quickly, professionally and were very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anybody!

Titan was great, they advocated in my behalf with the insurance company. They were there with me when the adjuster inspected and insured that all needed repairs were covered, saving us a lot of money. I would recommend them.

I’ve dealt with a few different company’s, but no one will take care of you like this restoration company will. They got it done quick and professionally every time I’ve used them.

If I could make a 0 star I would. Did additional damage to dwelling and property. I fired them and hired someone else to finish the work.

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.

My kids got blue toilet bowl cleaner on their bedroom carpet. I called Rich on a Sunday and he came right out and saved the day. I couldn’t believe he was able to remove the stain! Highly recommend him!!
