Came out to assess on holiday. The work EHS did directly was top notch. A few issues surfaced with some of the subcontractors that they used, but EHS worked to fix those and I was overall satisfied with outcome.

Kamil and Joe with Momentum Carpet Care worked on our condo carpet. It took an extra visit to fix some carpet tucking. But they got
Followed through and fixed it up. Kamil manged all my concerns very professionally.

Easy to work with! always on time! very patience with us as we had to deal with our mortgage company to get them there check.

This company should be called CricketsPro because after you start with them all you hear is crickets. They started off strong and made me feel secure in my decision with their work but slowly they have just completely disappointed. They show up with no notice and put in maybe two hours of work a week. Blaming everything and anything. Completely careless of how long it will take to finish a project. I am two months in and have no idea when they will complete the job due to lack of communication. I wish I would have gone elsewhere, this job would have been done in 3 days. Not three months or more.

We had a disastrous tub overflow at our home while it was being rented.

I spoke with Bridget and explained the problem and that I was out of the country she went into action. They were at our home within the hour.
Our representative met them at our home, they set up and began the clean up process.
When that was completed and drying was to their approved rate we spoke with Paul and Adam who gave us a competitive quote. Keep in mind we received quotes from 5 different contractors. We choose servpro to do the restoration work and could not have made a better choice. We just got pictures of the completed job and WOW you can not tell that work was ever done. No Patch marks, paint was a perfect match we could not be happier and all was done from 4000 miles away.

These guys were a pleasure to work with. We contacted them on a Saturday afternooon regarding a mold issue in our bathroom and high concerns with newborn in the house. Leonard came out the same day to assess the situation and mold removal began promptly at 9am on Monday. We have worked with a lot of different type of services and contractors and the service kept everything clean was very responsive and communicative and helped resolve the issue fast end with precision.

Rocky Mountain Restoration to me would be highly recommended. Dealing with damage caused by my water heater was hard but they made everything smooth from demolition to repair. Julian came on time and kept me up to date on the process. He was great. Everyone was so helpful. If I ever have another water loss, hopefully I don’t, I’m going to call them again.

Lotus is the best restoration service out there. They come right away if you have something urgent. They do the job right and don't play games with you! They are completely honest and trustworthy. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Excellent service from Frank of Kowalski Construction. He arrived within an hour and boarded up my broken door. Then phoned with an assessment of the damages and recommend repair companies! Frank put a positive spin onto a bad experience. Thank you so much!
