We had a disastrous tub overflow at our home while it was being rented.
Our notice was guest say water coming out of ceiling
We are out of the country so I googled and found servpro mesa
I spoke with Bridget and explained the problem and that I was out of the country she went into action. They were at our home within the hour.
Our representative met them at our home, they set up and began the clean up process.
When that was completed and drying was to their approved rate we spoke with Paul and Adam who gave us a competitive quote. Keep in mind we received quotes from 5 different contractors. We choose servpro to do the restoration work and could not have made a better choice. We just got pictures of the completed job and WOW you can not tell that work was ever done. No Patch marks, paint was a perfect match we could not be happier and all was done from 4000 miles away.

After a tumultuous encounter with a plumbing leak and repairs, we met with Chris at Kustom who took care of the damage caused by the leak. After working with him, he was so helpful and informative, we decided to have Kustom also do the back part of our house as well as a bathroom remodel. He kept us informed and updated during the process. When it was time to start, we had the pleasure of meeting Jimmy who was the Project manager. He met with us and covered everything from A to Z. He laid out the timeline of events as to when the pack out folks would come, demo crew, drywall crew, flooring, bath remodel and painting would be done. Blanca the pack out/in manager and her team did a fantastic job boxing and packing and moving all to a storage pod, then moving us back in, even doing a light cleaning of our place! Jimmy and Crew paid so much attention to detail and kept everything organized and on track to be completed in the two week timeline. Jorge and his crew that laid our flooring on point! It's safe to say the work that Kustom did was outstanding! WE look forward to them doing our Kitchen remodel after the first of the year! Giving them a 1 star is too much ! Horrible experience from start to finish.
It took almost 4 months to get my small bathroom repaired, communication was horrible, they wouldn’t call me back. I had 3 different project managers & had 3 different people reject the job because they (valley services) didn’t want to pay what they were asking. They actually did more “damage” from tape being ripped and what not. Their painting was not professional. Not a company I would recommend or work with again.

I was very pleased with Slate’s responsiveness. I had a pipe burst that left my basement flooded, and they were so quick to fix the damage. The place looked new within a day of calling. I couldn’t believe how fast they were. In the event I need water damage restoration services again, I have their number saved. Would definitely recommend.

They charged a ton of items that they did not do, they charged to tile removal ( did not remove any), shower door remove and install they did not need to remove nor did the remove it), they charged an emergency call out fee ( we scheduled them to come out 2 weeks prior), the claimed to remove drywall of a area of 3 times the area they removed and they charge for area sizes, they charge for the drywall removal of that area, they charge for insulation removal for that area and they charge for anti-microbial agent for that area, just flat out lying on they quote, would never do business with a company that lies.

Came home to a flooded home. Wyatt was here within 45 minutes and made a bad situation bearable.

Cleaned all my clothes and rugs. I think they are overpriced. My art work looks the same as when they took it. I do not think it was even touched but i sure was charged for it. Backing paper was still water stained. Looks like they just dried it out. I could of left it in this AZ heat to dry it off too. Took 3 months to get things back with multiple calls to get that accomplished.
