Leonard and his crew were thorough and polite, and did the work on time and with great equipment.

Lotus was a life saver for us! We left for a quick 24 hour trip and when we returned and open our garage we were in shock. We had a garage fire and lost everything. We called Jill and her team was there and helped us step through everything. If I had any questions, they had answers and the team was so great to work with. I hope that no one has to go through what we went through, but if you need help in any damage and restoration please call Lotus first! I have had several folk come look at my garage and they can believe how good it looks.

My project was assigned to Jimmy and his team, Tomas and Ricardo, and I could not have asked for better partners on this project. We had an adjacent condo’s water heater cause significant damage to our master bathroom and closet, but if you looked at it now, you’d never know it happened. They were professional, did great work, always on-time, thorough with any explanations or answering questions I had, and cleaned up the whole worksite after all was done. I don't write reviews for companies unless I was extremely impressed. Chris C from Slate did just that today. I called the company and was met at my property one hour later from the call at the exact time that they said he would be there. Chris took his time to properly evaluate the mold that I had uncovered during a remodel along the baseboards. He advised me that although he would love to have me hire him, it wasn't needed for this scenario. He suggested a few easy DIY options since the mold had been very localized. This was a second opinion. The first company I called had sent me a bid at $2800. Both companies had been a referral from the environmental hygienist for the record. You don't find people and companies that are this honest and forthright very often. Although I didn't have the need to hire them for this situation, I will keep them on my list for work down the road and they will be my first call next time. If you have any questions about mold removal, call these guys, you won't find anyone better!

My water heater was on its last leg and leaked all over my garage. Titan came out the next morning, cleaned it up, checked everything for damage, and left fans.
