Best Insurance Repair in Phoenix AZ

As a business owner running an insurance brokerage I rely on ATH whenever I have a client in need. As you can imagine, a client will call me in a panic about water damage that is occurring at their home. My first recommendation is always to have Shauna and Nate reach out to the client to assist. I continue to rely on ATH because they have never let me down and my client rave about how great a service, how reasonable and how over and above ATH goes. This is my honest review after hiring Tim’s company to gut 3 of my rental properties in Phoenix, all of which are manufactured homes which needed extremely affordable restoration and remodeling services so I can sell and I can tell you from experience, Tim’s company;Mesic contractors is by far Maricopa County’s best manufactured and mobile home service company. Trust me guys, they are the best people in the city to do such good work. I suggest people opt for the service for repairs, levelling, foundations, awnings, roofing, skirting, painting, and more. I’ve now been using their remodeling services for more properties going on more than two years.

While the employees were decent the damage left behind was worse than from the flooding. If not for the insurance company making payment without my authorization I would have had some recourse. There was a considerable amount of damage to the closet and room doors caused by the machinery that was used for extraction. South Ridge in Mesa, I will a picture of the damage.

We had water damage in our new home after Best Buy installed the washer/dryer incorrectly. Within a couple days after Leonard and Lawrence came out to assess and give us a quote. As soon as we heard from Best Buy they were here to clean up the mess. Lawrence was extremely professional and walked me through where the damage was and how much of the wall to take out. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process even though it was very stressful seeing our new house in this way. I would recommend this team to friends/family.

They left a large bag full of moldy drywall completely open sitting in our children's bedroom. We were not aware of it till at night and had to remove it ourselves. Very unprofessional and dangerous. When they were told about the incident they expressed it was a little late to be letting them know. Since we felt we should only be paying for services that were provided and shared our unhappiness with our service from them at the time of paying....good luck if you use them, other people seem to have good experiences, which is actually why we went with them in the first place.

Great Company. Water issue, took charge of repairs and worked with us with a difficult schedule. Great follow through and attention to detail. No worries when working with them.

They made my old house look beautiful. They all are amazing, hard workers, they all enjoy working for such a great company. Whenever I found something small I wanted extra for them to do, they were always kind and willing to take care of it for me. The company and the people who do the work are wonderful. The cleaning crew are simple the best, very hard workers & they do everything to make life after construction wonderful again. The stress of cleaning after all the dust, was taken care of by this company. They cleaned everything and handled everything with care. I could not have asked for more, they took my house from months of dust and all the mess that happens during the remodel and cleaned so perfect it was amazing. The are professional, kind and very helpful. Thank you my cleanup could have been a terrible day. It wasn’t ? they made the day exciting and so relaxing by all their hard work. I can not say enough about this cleaning service and the company, Amazing!

We called Titan after noticing some water damage to our laminate flooring. They sent someone right over who helped identify the problem and worked with us and our insurance company to start a claim. Very professional and friendly.

Valley Wide Restoration is a top notch company. Honest, fair and experienced craftsmanship comes to mind. Bryan Lewis and Hunter Lewis were great from start to finish and all the crew that completed the work I can't thank them enough! I'm very please with the restoration and was actually able to upgrade to nicer than before. Two thumbs up five stars the place looks great and they were always willing and open to my suggestions along the way as to what I wanted. As you can see from the before and after pictures.
