Coit cleaned our tile flooring after tenants failed to clean them for several years! The worker who initially came to perform the work was more into his iPhone than the job. His workmanship did not meet my expectations of cleanliness. After he left I called Coit and told them I wasn't satisfied! They sent two men out who not only cleaned the flooring to perfection but also repaired a broken tile and some grout which was damaged previously by Stanley Steamer! They stand behind their Satisfaction Guarantee! Excellent work and thank you Coit!

What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.

My insurance company strongly suggested I used them since I insisted I wanted quality. Having dealt with water damage several years ago, working with substandard restoration companies is a total nightmare. This is a company we will use again and again. They sent a picture and information ahead of time of the technician, Amos, who would be coming to clean our carpet so there was no doubt who to expect, and their vans are easily identified with the company logo. Amos was here when he said he would be here, and was kind and very professional. He did a great job and everyone was very pleased.

Largest Monsoon storm of the year, I was called after midnight to do a cleanup of a property that this company manages. They were already on site in the middle of the storm cleaning up a roof that had collapsed and storm damage he was very adamant about getting somebody out there right away and making sure it was taken care of so his customer could open early that morning. So we did just that! His goal was to have his customer not lose a minute of his normal operating business hours. I will say that if I ever need somebody to manage my property and take care of everything from A to Z it would be this company and Justin Herman. He was a pleasure to deal with and I am sure that good properties were the only ones on the Block open that morning. You Get what you pay for. I truly believe that if you find someone like Justin Herman, he is priceless. To find somebody that will take care of your property as good as you would or better, is like finding a unicorn.

Got 5 estimates on my property from different licensed contractors. These guys where 6x more expensive than any other estimate! How is that even possible!!! I would make sure to shop around before making a choice.

On 11.28.20, a water leak in my spare bathroom caused significant damage to the dry wall and kitchen & bathroom cabinets. The 1st restoration company provided the mitigating services. I chose to hire a family business for the rebuilt and went with Cinnabar. That was the worst decision I ever made in regards to home repair. Not only was the coordination of jobs a disaster but the work was shoddy and unacceptable. The job took almost 2 months to complete. I had to repaint the bathroom walls due to blotches on the wall (they did reimburse me for that). By 1.9.21 many things that Cinnabar did started falling apart. Some of my shelves under my kitchen cabinets fell, a few drawers in the bathroom and kitchen also fell, one kitchen cabinet was not secured and was sliding around, the toe board fell off, the caulking around the bathroom vanity began to crack. They came back & “fixed” the shoddy work. However, by 2.14.21 another drawer fell off. I finally contacted Mark the owner & advised him I would be filing complaints as a result of the horrible work conducted by his company. He asked that I give him the opportunity to make it right. He showed up & fixed the drawer and the sliding shelve. On 4.2.21, the sliding shelve that he fixed came off the track again and fell off, preventing me from even closing the cabinet doors. I contacted Mark but he was not available to come & fix his own shoddy work. He expected me to wait 5 days to get it fixed. Now I have to hire someone else to get it done. It seems they used the old brackets to put things back together. I have no doubt that my insurance paid for new hardware. They also charged my insurance for packing up and resetting the items taken out from the kitchen cabinets. The packing was done by the 1st restoration company . Cinnabar never pack one single item but they billed my insurance for it.

In 2 months, there was approximately 22 people in & out of my home as Covid raged on. As a widowed senior with underlying medical conditions, I was terrified, but the work needed to get done. I have often wondered if my late husband had been around, if the end result (of the work) would have been different.

Complaints are currently being filed with AZ ROC, Consumer Affairs (Attorney Generals office) and the BBB. Save yourself a lot stress, frustration and money and don’t hire this terrible company.

First Onsite started drywall on a project last December, but left everything else unfinished. They tried to tell me they needed to replace my entire upstairs floorboards even though only a few boards we're damaged. Replacing my upstairs flooring would have resulted in a minimum cost of over 1,000 in excess parts alone. When I located the replacement model, the technician told me the model was out of stock and if he found it the tint would not match. While I was being ghosted by First Onsite, I found another contractor to replace my floorboards using the model I found and it was a perfect match. Months later First Onsite tries to bill me for repairing everything when all they did was drywall. I sent them documentation of the unfinished work and requested a corrected invoice. It took them two months to send an updated invoice and the new invoice still included costs for things that were not done. Though I was promised an updated invoice a copy months ago I still haven't seen one. In the meantime they have tried to issue a lien on my home twice. Both times I have had to contest the lien referencing the unresolved billing issues. My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. It is nearly the end of October and my billing issues are not resolved. I'm surprised they have 4 stars. Maybe they treat companies better than people. 11/5 update: this matter is now resolve. Updating review from one star to two stars.

I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
