I have been using Kiwi since 2011 when I bought my current home. They have done the carpet in one bedroom which I buy a warranty for and then I am able to have it cleaned as many times as I want for an extremely inexpensive rate as many times in a year as I want. I have also had my air ducts done, my oriental rugs taken out cleaned and repaired and my area rugs in my master bedroom and dining room cleaned. They are beyond reasonable and helpful in every way. They also run alot of specials so many times you can get two-fors. You can't go wrong with Kiwi.

EHS Restoration was awesome! I noticed a leak coming from my attic late at night... My walls and ceiling were already saturated with water... We were leaving for vacation very early the next morning, I called EHS late at night and they came right out and started looking at the situation. They brought dryers right in and assured me that things would be taken care of while we were on vacation. They really did a great job and communicated with me while we were gone! This guy was hired by allstate to check on moisture issues found on a bedroom carpet in my home after a heavy rain..He came in and suggested the claim from allstate to be dropped and advised he could do the work of drying out the area, replace the padding under the carpet and that he would check for the issue causing the leak..
A fan was placed in the area and left overnight..The area was checked the following day and the padding was never replaced and the cause of the damage was never looked into..The charge for using a fan? $300..When he was questioned via email about the work and the charge the entire story of what was going to be done had changed and a breakdown of costs was created in an attempt to justify the $300 charge.
A deceptive and dishonest business that overcharged and didn't do as promised..I would steer clear of this shady businessman..
Allstate was given the information and hopefully, do not use this business for any of their claims issues..

I'd quadruple the star rating x 1000. We arrived to our Chandler home from a trip to find it had been flooded by a clog in the common line. It was devastated by mold and black water. We called AZ Total Home Restoration on a Saturday night over Labor Day Weekend. Nathan arrived at 10 p.m. that evening and, in a most professional, knowledgeable, yet compassionate manner, answered all of our questions, provided expert guidance, and bid the work to be done. He has been by our side the last THREE months as we've negotiated a stressful and incredibly frustrating journey with insurance companies, our HOA, and unethical contractors sent by insurance. Water damage cleanup, mold remediation, sanitization of personal property we were able to save, air clearance and bacterial testing ... are all pieces of the project you need to absolutely stay on top of to ensure it is done correctly for your health, safety, and pocketbook. Nathan, James, and their team are beyond dependable, trustworthy, and ethical - and they are really, really good at what they do. They are the definition of integrity.

When you seek to hire a home restoration company for fire, mold, water damage, or even asbestos/lead testing, ask a lot of questions. There is no licensing or legal standard, at least for mold remediation, to keep them accountable. Ask about the actual crews they will send to do the work - how are they trained, how much experience do they have, is there oversight - a skilled supervisor regularly visiting the job site to ensure it is being completed correctly and in a timely fashion? What exactly is their process and the steps involved? How long will it take - and get it in writing. All communication should be in writing via email. No phone calls that cannot be documented. Take lots of photos throughout the project. Educate yourself on the required processes - don't just trust that they are the experts and will do the job right. Get a copy of the scope of work as well as the lab reports from all testing.

OR don't bother calling any other restoration company. Call Nathan, hire ATH, and you will be in the best of hands. Obviously, we cannot say enough to recommend Arizona Total Home Restoration. This has been a horrible experience - the loss of our home and property, the financial implication, the roller coaster ride with the HOA and insurance, being out of our home for months, etc.

ATH provided guidance, peace of mind, seemed to be our only ally, was so responsive, such an enormous help, and made sure we can move back into our home safely, having saved as much of our property as possible. They are good people making an honest living.

Paul and his team were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and extremely professional...I wish all contractors operated this way. Thankfully there's still people out there who are experts at what they do and also care about helping people more than they care about taking their money. We were in the process of selling our home which was vacant at the time, contract in place, waiting for the home inspection. Upon the inspectors arrival to the property we received the devastating phone call, “your kitchen is flooded!” I called Lotus and within an hour a crew was on scene and starting the process of cleanup and drying. The entire kitchen was removed and within a week I Had new kitchen cabinets,(they saved the face frames and doors to match the uppers) flooring and baseboards! I can not thank Jill and Nichole enough for how quickly and professionally they responded. Great company and I highly recommend them!

Working w David McCoy is very professional

Cleaned all my clothes and rugs. I think they are overpriced. My art work looks the same as when they took it. I do not think it was even touched but i sure was charged for it. Backing paper was still water stained. Looks like they just dried it out. I could of left it in this AZ heat to dry it off too. Took 3 months to get things back with multiple calls to get that accomplished.
