Best Cleaning Company in Phoenix AZ

My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

Robert did an amazing job repairing our carpet. We cannot even tell that it was ever messed up from our stubborn little puppy. Highly recommend and cant wait to use him in the future!

Great company

Thank you to ATH restoration for helping us navigate the frustrating world of water leaks. We found ATH online when looking for a company to help us determine what was wrong with our house. Their reviews were great so we gave them a call. Nathan was extremely helpful coming out to asses the work that needed to be done. He was also able to recommend a great plumber along with a company to help in our rebuild. We are very thankful we found ATH restoration. Since we had no clue about the process to follow with a water leak, we were able to trust the information Nathan and his team gave us to be accurate. Nathan was always available to answer any questions we had and constantly checked on us to make sure things were going smoothly while our house was drying out with fans! We hope to never need these services again but would recommend Nathan and his team to anyone that found themselves in the same situation we were in. Again thank you to the whole team at ATH restoration for putting our minds at ease and coming to our rescue! It is hard to find integrity and honesty in companies these days but we found it in ATH and their recommendations.

It's not every day that a company lives up to their name, but SERVPRO of Paradise Valley more than did so by providing me with amazing service while displaying great professionalism. Josh was very informative regarding the process and he and his team handled our mold remediation with great care in a timely manner. I can't recommend them highly enough.

After I experienced water damage in my home, I believed I was engaging ServPro of Scottsdale to completely remediate the damage. It wasn't until the drying process was complete and carpet was still pulled up and walls had been demolished and not rebuilt that I learned ServPro had only agreed to dry out the area and not completely restore it. The owner was completely unconcerned about the miscommunication and informed me it would be six weeks before a crew would be available to finish the work. This left me on my own to find a carpet contractor and a drywall contractor so I could completely recover from the damage. Additionally, ServPro filed a twenty day notice of lien to make it easier for a mechanics lien to be filed later if I didn't pay for their services. This was very insulting since an invoice hadn't even been sent. Once I paid the bill, the owner refused to provide a follow-up release notice to indicate the payment had been made and no lien was going to be filed. The series of interactions with the business owner was so unsatisfactory, I would never use this business again. I have shared this review with many others.

These guys are great! I had a pipe burst in our office bathroom upstairs that flooded the whole office. Levi and Adam showed up and went to work and had all of the water extracted pretty quickly so we were at least able to get back to work. Over the next couple of days they worked around our schedule to get rid of all of the damaged flooring and drywall.

They made sure we knew exactly what was going on the whole time. We have had issues in the past where we have used other restoration companies and we didn't know what was going on from day to day. Adam B worked on the office reconstruction and we had the same great communications. There were some hickups along the way, but nothing that could have been expected and they took care of everything. The finished product was fantastic.

Quality in professionalism and work completed! Lee is extremely thorough, inclusive on the problem solving and keen to get the job done, Well. Highly suggest this technician and Rocky Mountain Restoration, pluming was the fixed issues. But if Lee is on the job, all services will be well taken care of.

I had discovered a flood in my Condo after arriving from out of the country. Zach and his team arrived quickly to my property and assessed the damages and helped me throughout the process. Considering my condo was a mess they were professional enough not to make a bigger mess. Iam so happy with their work and cleanliness. I hope I never have to go through a stressful situation like this. But if I do I will be calling Thomas Restoration because they made this difficult process so much easier! I highly recommend Thomas Restoration and team.

This company was delightful start to finish. Very responsive to my calls and questions. These conditions can bring fear and stress to your life and they helped to assuage my concerns. Great communication with a link to view photos and progress. Able to handle payments and signatures digitally making it convenient. Quick to treat and remedy which is what you want and need. Grateful I discovered them. Highly recommend!

Cleaned all my clothes and rugs. I think they are overpriced. My art work looks the same as when they took it. I do not think it was even touched but i sure was charged for it. Backing paper was still water stained. Looks like they just dried it out. I could of left it in this AZ heat to dry it off too. Took 3 months to get things back with multiple calls to get that accomplished.
