Had a need for water damage restoration services after my reverse osmosis unit leaked under my kitchen sink. Frank and Greg did a wonderful job putting back my kitchen as if it never happened in the first place . I was really worried about mold because I have kids and the service that Next Gen Restoration AZ did put my mind at ease ! If I ever have the need for emergency services in the future there will not be any question on who I would call . Highly recommend their services . Thanks guys!

We had WMF technician to fix a smoke damage in our house and it was a great experience. Everything was perfect for scheduling the service, interaction with the technician. The technician would let us know what was going on. I am 100% satisfied with WMF service and I’ll use them again in the future.

Belfor kept excellent communication with us during the stressful repairs. Special props to Juan Grado as the project manager and his team. They completed the repairs on our schedule and Juan came out several times to make sure we were happy with the work and his crew. If we pointed anything out to touch up Juan had someone out immediately to make it right. The Belfor team were very pleasant to work with and the work that was done looks great. I definitely recommend the Phoenix Belfor office for your restorations. When it was time to sign papers and handle insurance Juan took charge and we had no stress or hesitation to sign we were pleased with the job that was done. The upstairs condo flooded out my master bath. I called DRS and they arrived immediately. They provided the clean up, brought in huge dryers and tapped off the room with an added zipper for me to get to my clothes. They then sent in a mold inspector. They have been wonderful, efficient, professional, prompt and patient. I appreciate all their help and would highly recommend to anyone needing their services.

I had used another ServPro company and was completely disappointed with them. I was hesitant about using another....but what a world of difference between the two. This Owner was The Best...Set up appointment immediately, showed up on time EVERY TIME!! Had my best interest at heart. Properly dried out the home, removed wet carpet, tested for moisture everyday until meter responded it was dry or normal. I installed a Keysafe so he could get in at anytime necessary. He called me daily with updates. They were marvelous! Something that you need when you are in the middle of a disaster. I totally recommend for you to call them. My property was in Glendale and they happen to be very close to me....So if you are in the Glendale area or surrounding areas, you need to give them a call for Super Service.

I own the carpet cleaning business for many years and I been dealing with lot of other mechanics and shops never bean happy. Thank god I fund Greg with United 2 years ago and bought couple machines from him always happy with his stuff. Every time I need something to fix same day service he is always there for his customers even on Sunday he send his team opened the shop and did change the pump just so we don’t stop working. Cut be more happy. If you own floor cleaning business if you have Truckmounts machines that’s the guy and the place. Thank you guys

Very professional and very high quality work, They remodel my whole kitchen and they did an amazing job with the countertops and finishes on my cabinets they also did an amazing job on my drywall , matching it 100% they even paint my whole house with two coats from corner to corner I would highly recommend them for a high quality job :)

When we walked into our rental property after our last renter left and saw that the base boards were coming away from the walls and the paint was peeling or bubbling in 4 areas of our home, our hearts dropped. Upon a closer examination, we were seeing a dark substance under the paint and were sure that we had mold. We knew we would have to call in a remediation company to come in. And we didn’t know what to expect or how long things would take. Timing was extremely important to us as we were planning on moving back into the property on a temporary basis and had a strict timeline to adhere to.

My husband had located ASAP Restoration through Angie’s List. We contact them to come out to review the situation and determine what steps would have to be taken. Josh Rudin had come out to assess the situation. Throughout the entire process, from assessment to completion, Josh and the ASAP team were absolutely amazing. They truly lived up to their name and stand by their work. Josh was very good at explaining things in layman’s terms, was extremely responsive and constantly followed up with us to make sure we understood what was going on and to see if we had any questions. Josh was able to meet our timelines so that we could move into the house. He took pictures of everything throughout the process so that we could see what had occurred.

ASAP Restoration lives up to their name. They are quick, but they also ensure that no corners are cut. Josh is a very honest and trustworthy businessman who knows this business inside and out - from the actual damage to the insurance and claims side of this business. And if there is anything that did not get completed as anticipated, he and his team will ensure that anything as deemed under the original contract is taken care of.

Lucus, Julie, and Guillermo were excellent works for the careful manner of handle so many personal items. They were kind and understanding of my concerns.

Great place and awesome people

After my experience with Dan and his Team at Concept Restoration, everyone should have his number in their phones. Having never experienced water damage before, I was not prepared for what can happen so quickly. At 10:30pm I found water on my Wood Floors, turned off the Water to the house and started calling restoration companies with one hand and mopping up water with my other. The first company didn't answer so I went to the next one. After talking to Dan, he said his Team would be there in about 1-1/2hrs with everything they needed. By 2:30am I had about 20+ fans and 5 Dehumidifiers going and for the next week
they were there daily to check on the progress of drying out my Wood Floors. Dan and his Team did an exceptional job and I would, and have, recommended him to my friends. I'm so glad the first company didn't answer the phone.
