This company is on call at all hours of the night. The staff is knowledgable, patient, friendly and will work with your schedule.

Tom kept me updated throughout the entire drying process and made sure there was not a single drop of water left in the areas that were flooded.

Good morning. I have known Robert with Phoenix Water Damage for many years. He is one of the hardest working and honest people I know. If you’re going to get a water damage issue taken care of you will be in great hands with Robert and Phoenix Water Damage Services.

My experience with Jenkins has been absolutely horrible. The communication has been spotty at best. I had water damage to my bathroom ceiling that required the replacement of one piece of drywall. This happened in July and is still not fixed. Today, their contractor sent out to repair my drywall showed up without any of the materials on the repair quote (beyond the drywall). When I noticed the company installing the drywall without insulation and challenged them, instead of installing new insulation (as quoted) they ripped up old insulation from another part of my house and tried to use that until I stopped them. They also used scrap wood from my fence to construct supports for the drywall.

Now I need to have another company come in and rip out what they did and do it the right way. What an absolute waste of everyone's time.

They were fast to respond and got it done quickly too.

I can't say enough about the company, the staff, or the customer service. My home and barn were hit by a microburst and suffered unbelievable damage. The repairs, the rebuilt barn and the extra touches are so much more than I expected. My neighbors are impressed with the quality of work and I am in love with my little ranch. We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

Cesar and his team do quality work. I highly recommend them and will hire them for my next project. They just finished water damage repair which included mold removal. They also did an amazing bathroom remodel, installed new flooring and are installing custom stairs. Water Fighters are great!
