My house has had a tarp on it for over two months. They came out gave me an estimate my insurance did everything they asked for yet I am still waiting and every time I call them they seem like they have no clue and I have to explain everything like it’s the first time calling. Now I am going on my third month and my house has been getting rained thru with this last months storms causing more damage. IF YOU NEED YOUR ROOF DONE GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE OR WAIT MONTHS LIKE I DID.

Unfortunately with all the monsoons I had some water damage in my home and did not know where to turn. A friend recommended 1-800-water damage and I am so glad they did. I spoke with Alicia and she was just awesome, she walked me through the process from start to finish and I felt I was in good hands and I was. They came out, took care of the problem and handled it all with the utmost of professionalism. We all hope we never have to call the water damage people and I agree but if you do have to give Alicia a call, she will take care of you!

Our adjuster Joseph Asano was outstanding! We were always able to get in touch with him, he answered any questions we had in a timely fashion and always reached out to see how everything was coming along. The job was completed satisfactorily and looks great!

Had to do my first insurance claim for a water leak that was coming from HVAC and leaking through my guest bathroom ceiling(yikes). Did a google search for water mitigation company in Scottsdale and was amazed with all the positive reviews for ASAP.

Josh did an excellent job of walking me through the process and letting me know what to expect. I was really impressed with Josh's customer service, which seems to be rare these days. Once Josh's team started the work, I was blown away on how great of a job they did fixing everything. I couldn't tell where the damage started and ended, they did that well of a job.

These guys are really busy and I was a little nervous when Josh said he could be there for a few days. I was wondering if the level of customer service would drop, but it didn't. George took time to explain to me what was going on and was in constant communication with me. I felt reassured that I was in good hands.

Personally, I would like thank Josh, George, Jim and Angel for all their hard work and look forward to having them do some other projects. You guys are the best.

Express Restoration is very result driven they provide great customer service with fast turn around results

WARNING! AVOID! I had a minor flood in my house. Somehow the insurance company chose Zona Restoration to do the restoration work. They didn't bother to check in with me, the owner, during the process, only after they wreaked havoc and it's been a nightmare ever since.They tore out almost everything, even when it obviously wasn't necessary (maybe just go get more money from insurance?). They threw away custom cabinetry that had nothing wrong with it, threw away knotty alder trim that was custom made and sanded and finished that had no issues, and greatly increased the replacement costs. They ripped out drywall where there was absolutely no water damage. Removed sprayed foam insulation where the water didn't even reach, and did it all without even checking in with the owner of the home (me). A tiny guest house with a small flood, know what they charged for this? Over $25,000.

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

I am a first time home owner, just moved in about 8 months ago. With that being said, EHS Restoration were extraordinary!! Prompted. Polite. Knowledgeable. Easy to work with. Personal contact. It was overall a GREAT experience in an unfortunate circumstance. Cody was truly a great representative of EHS and it was great to see someone WANTING to help, and not just clocked in to get his paycheck. HIGHLY recommended. They work hard...the way you would want someone to work for you. they worked off what the insurance, and they worked to get the ball rolling with the Claim. I had a special experience with Gateway. My mother just went into the hospital when I discovered a leak in guest bathroom after driving in from San Jose. After they were called in, everyone worked professionally and efficiently. After I explained my situation and told them we needed that extra room so we could help take care of my mother when she got home, they expedited the whole process, and everyone was on their game… big thanks to Tim, Aaron, and Eddie!!! It was a great comfort knowing they were taking care of everything, from dealing with insurance, stopping the water damage and drying things out, to making things happen amazingly quickly.
