I worked with Jakob H and he was simply really great and informative. Tyler H . was assisting with removals and he was cleaning up just like it was his own space. Did such a good job. Chandler N. Was here to work the removal with and he spoke to me and explained further the job. Jakob and Tyler and this team was so impressive and really helped me to remain calm during a very stressful time. as good as theses guys are. Christian Padilla is the project Director and his crew were extremely proficient , the first thing they did was to put a barrier down to protect out flooring and seal of the rooms that required work. I highly recommend DRR for any restoration you may have

They were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, arrived when they said they would (not many do that these days!), addressed the issues, came up with a game plan and put it in motion, all within a days time. I would highly recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat if ever needed.

Acuity came out to look at my project, however they refuse to give any sort of estimate without a signed contract. Which was not disclosed at any point in time when scheduling or meeting. So not only does it seem suspicious that they won’t give me a price before locking me in, but clearly they don’t mind wasting both your time and theirs.
Clearly they are busy enough they don’t need the work, and could care less about potential customers.
Strongly do NOT recommend.

As per usual, Coit did an excellent job cleaning my couch, loveseat, and carpets! I have used this company numerous times before and will, in the future, use them again!

Phoenix carpet cleaning came out at the behest of my AC replacement company as they had dripped a few drops of solder into my carpet. The repair is basically invisible and the tech gave me some free spot cleaning solution after seeing a nearby stain. Spot cleaner worked great and so fast!

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

This company is not reliable. They were hired to dry out areas that were water damaged. After their amateur attempt to dry out the area, we were told it was dry and safe to drywall. Even after being paid, the water was never cleaned up or dried and they left a mess for us to clean up. They moved items on top of puddles, leaving items to rust! The walls were not dried out which caused the brand new dry wall to stain and eventually need replaced again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were repeatedly lied to and their employees no showed on several occasions.
