Home Pro plumbing are the people I called when I had an issue with my dual sink. The water was not going down, and when I ran the disposal, water would come on the other side. I checked underneath the sink and there was no leak at all, so puzzled and confused (as I am normally ok with basic plumbing issues) I called Home Pro to come out and take a look. Only took them 30 minutes to figure out the problem and fix it all together. They work super fast and great and I am glad I called them.

Racist !!!! Called Sunday because my water heater stopped working. They scheduled me for Monday morning at 9am. Waiting around till 10am decided to give them a call and they told me they didn’t know I was Native American living on a reservation and they refuse to come up here

Brandon was absolutely amazing! Our Birth Center unfortunately experienced sewage overflow over the weekend that included clogged drains/toilets in all of our restrooms and a sewage caked up walk-in shower. After a laborious Monday morning of trying to contain the smelly disaster and not offend our pregnant clients, Brandon came to our rescue & was not only informative & professional, but he was also incredibly efficient and finished the job before I could finish my very delayed cup of coffee! Not only were all of the restrooms and shower usable, he also cleaned up and offered advice on avoiding a similar problem in the future! Had a new washer/dryer delivered. The washer couldn't be installed because hot water faucet was corroded and gas stub stuck out 6 from the wall. My old dryer sat quite a way out. Called TLC to inquire about getting these things taken care of. How is between 1 & 3? TODAY I ask? The owner Thad came out, assessed the job and now I'm ready to get them installed. Efficient, and very thorough in explaining each step. Not the first time I've used their services over the years and will call in them again when the need arises.And now that I know Thad and I both graduated from Monte Vista HS I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else. Thanks, too, for blowing all the wind driven debris from my previously swept garage floor!!! You guys rock!!!

A light smoke with a strange smell started filling the house. Thought that the timing could not be worse and that we would have a big problem on our hands for at least a couple of days.Called this company and Alex came within an hour and fixed it that same evening. Would highly recommend him to anyone with furnace issues.

Spoke to 4-5 plumbing companies and Christian was the only one that tried to help me with general advice and guide me towards what was best for me and not for his bottom line. Very impressed and will become customer for life! If only every business put their customers first!

My friend had an emergency situation at her house in point loma and the only san diego plumber that answered the phone at all were these guys. Granted it was like 1am. We were busy trying to keep the carpets from being totally destroyed (a pipe had burst) so we didn't even notice he had showed up lol. After a short time the plumber was able to stop the water from flowing everything and destroying the house!

On Christmas Eve I could hear a weird hissing noise in my laundry room. I called Jared and he was able to come out right away was able to determine a leak in one of my hot water pipes under the laundry room floor. He took care of everything for us promptly the day after Christmas, cutting the floor, fixing the pipe, replacing our water heater and making sure to recommend best courses of action. I’ve worked with him many times on multiple different jobs for me and he is always courteous, replies promptly, is on time and does a great job.
