five stars to Socal Plumber, My coworker recommended them to me after I mentioned that I am looking for a contractor who can install a whole house filtration system. I am thankful for her recommendation because Socal Plumber did a great job. The scheduling was hassle-free, the plumber came on time and immediately started to work. The service cost was reasonable and is even covered with a written warranty.

I had JC Plumbing, I called and scheduled a problem with Victor and had an appointment setup for this morning. He Called to let me know when was headed my way. It was not long before he was parked in front of my garage ready to do the work! He was very courteous and had lots of questions to find out what work needed to be done. I had a pinhole in a 3/4 copper pipe, he suggested I remove a little more than I had thought necessary, but when the work was don't I could see why he did the larger section. He also replaces a ball valve. The work was done and he was on the road to his next customer in good time. I was very glad I called JC Plumbing great job!

First experience with O & J Plumbing this weekend. All positive. Called at 0630 and made appointment for 0930. They were on time. Omar is extremely professional, answered all my questions and completed the repair in 30 minutes. Definately keeping their business card.

Jeff did an outstanding job.The only issue I have is that Jessica has not answered my email. I have requested a copy of my original invoice when I first had my A/C installed. Jeff told me after looking at the A/C unit that it was installed in 2006. I do have some paperwork that shows it was installed August 7, 2014. I just need some clarification.I also asked Jessica to tell Jeff that I would like to have the hard start module installed as soon as he gets one that fits my unit. His quoted price for that module was $150.00 installed.Other than that, my unit is working great, I love the ecobee thermostat. I would like to have an operating manual if one is available though.Thank you very much.Monty Rich

Bill Howe encourages their employees to take their commercial trucks home and park them in private neighborhoods- whether they live there or not. The problem then lies with the inhabitants of these neighborhoods, as there is no where to park in an already congested area. The issue isn't whether it's legal- the issue is that it's not fair. Our neighborhood is upset because we already have trouble finding parking. I called Bill Howe to try to resolve the issue after seeing two of their employees park their trucks and leave in their smaller vehicles to go home. Their associate on the phone had no intention to resolve anything, was incredibly rude and even went as far as to insinuate that I was responsible for the vandalism that has been done to their trucks. It was very disappointing, as a native San Diegan, to discover that this is NOT a local San Diego family-owned company that values basic common courtesy, positive community relations, or meaningful conversations around conflict resolution- so much for we know Howe!!I definitely know Howe to hire another company for my plumbing, heating/air conditioning needs that actually CARES about the communities within our finest city.

Amazing!!!! Ali is so knowledgeable and knows exactly what he’s doing. Within an hour of my call, the team arrived and fixed my piping issues with my toilet. It was backing up into my sink also, causing a disaster. You can’t beat these prices and expertise. I will recommend drain help to everyone I know!
