BEWARE! DO NOT use this company! First American Home warranty sends this company out to do plumbing services! Since they first came out I’ve waited now 7 weeks for them to come out and do the repair, and they just don’t show up. I’ve taken days off from work waiting for them.I have had NO hot water in the house for 7 weeks. They will make excuses if you can even get them on the phone. I’ve called them between 15-20 times already. They tell the warranty company they are coming out as well and don’t show up!Unfortunately First American Home warranty hires 1 star Google rated plumbers! They get paid their $100 service fee from us and then never show up again. Better Business Bureau will be contacted next. Don’t use First American Home warranty either, they are unresponsive as well. I will be switching Home Warranty companies as well

We Hired This Company As A Sub-Contractor Great Service. On Time Great Value. It Seems When I Read The Reviews On Essential You People Never Have Anything To Say When A Contractor Does Great But When Your Not Happy Horrible And That's A Reflection Of Your Person. I Spoke With The Owner Of Essential Services I Explained To Him Leave Warranty Customers Alone All There Customers Give Bad Reviews It Will Destroy Your Company.This Is The Main Reason I Don't Service Warranty Customers Anymore All Your Reviews Are From Warranty Customers Sad So Sad. God Bless Your Company Brother We Veterans Stand Together.

Supposed to do my heating system repair work, 3 weeks later still no heat and now it says their phone number is no longer in service. scam company and I will be reaching out to channel six consumer reporter. maybe some bad publicity will at least have others warned

Do not use this company!!!This company was sent out to us by American home warranty. Not only have we been weep left with a non-functioning heating unit during the middle of winter for almost a month now we found out the part has been sitting at the parts store waiting for him to pick up since a day after he visited our home. He does not respond to the warranty company nor can we get through to him on his phone.This is the second time the home warranty sent him out and he did not follow up on the first call either. We are getting ready to report this company and the warranty company to our lawyers

This is definitely not a company. It's a one man show, and the boss come and collects the money (which is the only time he will show up) but you still won't see him or ever get in touch with them. They have 2 addresses both looks like it's someone's vacant home. The way business is conducted is very crooked. You will NEVER get them on the phone, there email address they will give you comes back as bad. There never on time when they finally do come to you weeks later. Take my advice and RUN. Find a different and more professional HVAC OR PLUMBER. And they over charge you. AMERICAN HOME WARRANTY recommends them and contracts them.THERE THE PROBLEM. Knowing all the issues customers are having, for some reason they refuse to find a much better and professional contractor. REFUSE ESSENTIAL SERVICES THEY NEED TO HIRE CITY PLUMBING.

Essential Services is contractor with my Home Warranty company;furnace sitting in my basementEssential services have not returned to install furnace although I gave cash over $2,000.00 on June 1(24 days ago)because owner wouldn’t accept check or credit card,UNETHICAL business. I never pay cash but the furnace was in my basement. -0- rating.

They were contracted from First American Home Warranty to come and fix my refrigerator that wasn't getting as cold as it should. After showing up late they ended up breaking my refrigerator and freezer(which was working perfectly fine) to the point where neither worked at all. Now they wont get back to my warranty company. I have not had a working fridge/freezer for almost 3 weeks now. In addition to this I had to throw out a lot of food that was ruined because of this.

They were sent to me from First Home Warranty but on the service request it reads a totally different agency (when call it also says Essential…). I just know they did a service, didn’t record my service fee paid, had to return within 2 weeks to repair the service they just repaired after calling nonstop (self & warranty rep). Appliance Pros suck, wouldn’t recommend & now has no number to contact. How is the warranty site even recommended, I question them now & honestly don’t even want my membership anymore, I rather take my chances using the phone book (I needed a new hot water tank & now 6months later smtg ain’t right, went 15yrs with previous one with no problem until it went)

Like others, this was the company that was assigned by First American (which I have since dropped). Essential (and First American) let me without hot water in my house for over 2 months. Essential rarely answered their phone and at one point claimed they were changing phone numbers and that’s why they didn’t respond. At one point, they reported the job was done to First American, but it was not. Stay far away from this company!!! If you are assigned them by a warranty company, refuse to use them!! They are not responsive or professional.

This is a horrible company to deal with. Their tech David Hernades is the worst. He left a mess at my home. Unplugged our deep freezer and never plugged it back in. Which cost me a freezer full of food. Took apart our ac unit and busted up the pieces in my driveway to take for scrap then left all the trash behind. Pieces of metal left all in driveway and in my basement. Brooke the office person said they would reimburse me $200 to cover some of food and then i never heard from them again. Never answered the phone. I will never use them again and highly recommend you don’t either. Reporting to BBB. May even take to small claims.

Never finished our dryer repair. Very friendly on the first visit but NEVER finished the job. Left over a dozen messages and texts. Zero communication. Will never refer them to anyone.
