My shower broke down right before I was expecting to have company stay in from out of town. Baikal Mechanical is much better than the HVAC “experts” I hired before. In fact, I'll go as far as to say they give local businesses a good name. They knew exactly what my system needed to be retrofitted with, and currently it's working better than ever. I own a laundromat in Philly, and it wouldn't be the success it is today if I didn't get help from Baikal Mechanical when I needed this desperately. This review is long overdue.

we were very happy to be able to have someone that had reasonable prices and was consistent and did a great job. Tony was very courteous and helpful. we used him twice for plumbing issues and he did a great job fixing everything. we definitely would use him again and would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Yuval and his team did SUCH a fantastic job for us, we cannot recommend them highly enough. We had two bathrooms that were looking a little tired, and wanted to refresh the showers (making one a walk-in and the other retiling and a new tub) as well as some minor repairs (paint patching, fan, new fixtures, etc.). Yuval was speedy in getting us quotes and helping us plan our tiles, and once everything was ordered, the bathroom was finished on time (and in my opinion, REALLY quickly - within 2 weeks). The second bathroom was even quicker, just over a week. During the time that the work was being done, Yuval and his team were courteous, as quiet as possible, and trustworthy people to have in our home; Yuval in particular is a very nice person and we felt comfortable working with him throughout the process. His team were happy to check in with us if we had any questions during the day about the progress as well. Overall we are thrilled with our new bathrooms and will happily use Brotherly Love again with any renovation needs!

Fast and good service.

Amazing service. Each time the tech was on time and very knowledgeable about he was doing. They were also very personable and professional and treated my home with care. I had questions about a few things and the response and customer service was amazing when I called the office. I will be using them each and every time for my hvac needs.

WOW I read the other review and it was the same experience I had I called at 9 am they said they would be their I took off of work missed a whole days pay I called all day long the lady said they will be there each of the 10 times I called throughout the day I was boiling mad I rented a plumbers snake from Home Depot for 47 dollars was easy to use did it myself

Called several times only to get voice mail. Never return any calls. Wont call them again and suggest you dont waste your time.
