The team at Orr Plumbing have helped me twice now on some critical projects over the last two years. Daryl, Dale and Suzy are a pleasure to collaborate with and their team gets the work done quickly and efficiently.

It's genuinely amazing to see the end result. In my case, a big hole in the ground just disappears as if it was never there, except for some shiny new fixtures!

They're super responsive and engaged and what I like best is that they're always available by text to answer questions. There's many times where they've managed to advise me remotely too, which is a great confidence builder as you also start to learn what issues to be alert for in future.

I called Tony and Eric because of a leaky valve in the toilet. The water wouldn't stop running. They said they would be in my area and stop by a little later. A couple hours later they showed up and had it fixed within a few minutes. Awesome customer service and really nice guys. Pricing is totally reasonable too!

This is a second time i called Rob for my plumbing issues. He did an amazing job fixing my water in the shower. Today i called him about hooking up my new fridge and adding a water line. Rob explained me everything and end up going in the addict to add additional piping to run my water line to my new fridge. Everything works great and price was very fair. I would definitely hire Rob again for any of my plumbing issues.

The service was excellent.Both the office gal and the guy who unclog our septic tank were very nice and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

I use American Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. Rich and the guys have helped me with laundry room piping issues as well as water valves throughout the house. American also installed my water softener which we absolutely love. American does the job right and if you aren’t satisfied they will do whatever it takes to make you completely satisfied. I needed three old leaky faucets replaced, another faucet needed a broken handle replaced, shut off valves for all the sinks replaced, and my kitchen sink caulking replaced. A close friend recommended CTR plumbing. Erik gave me a quote that was very reasonable. Erik even called Moen for replacement handles and got them shipped out. Erik is very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of my plumbing questions. He is honest and did an amazing job! I will only call Erik for my future plumbing needs!

Sunday afternoon our water heater was leaking. Thinking, oh great, why on the weekend! We were able to shut off everything causing the water to leak out. I immediately went to Yelp to look at reviews on plumbers and found Resolution plumbing. I had a reply back to my request on Yelp within a minute and I called this company. Alex, who is the owner, answered and said unfortunately, he didn't do anything on the weekends, but he would be out at 7am on Monday, which worked great for us. He also told me how to turn everything off, water and gas.
This morning, I received a text message that Alex was in route at 6:53am along with a photo of Alex on the text message. He arrived about 7:10am in a van that had his business information on it. Legit all the way. He assessed the water heater and stated it may have some warranty since it was installed in 2017, but the quality of the water heater was terrible. He says often Home Warranty companies do not use quality products. He said he's done quite a few repairs on this particular brand and they just are not that great. He stated that it might take a week or two for a newer water heater to come in from this particular company under the warranty. I decided to replace it as I did not have a week or more not to have hot water. So after talking to him first about a tankless water system, which was going to cost quite a but more, I decided to go with the traditional water heater. Within an hour he had returned with the new water heater and had set it up and he was done at 9:09 am, 2 hours tops from assessment to replacement. The price was very fair as well.

The new water heater has a 10 year warranty as well as this company will come out to service it once a year. I was very impressed with his knowledge as well as his expertise and very very pleased with this company. Alex is very polite and has great customer service.

Side note: When I first called him, I could tell he was at home because I could hear his kids in the background, a family man and a small business. I definitely like supporting small businesses as my parents had a small business years ago and it's important to support companies like this.
I definitely will be contacting this company for more plumbing issues as they arise.

Not Satisfied

Royalty Plumbing was great. I needed a running toilet fixed and Clark did a great job. He replaced everything on the toilet including the angle stop and was in & out in 30 minutes. Very friendly & professional and the price was reasonable. Will definitely use them again. 👍

Have worked with these guys through my management company. I can say for a fact that these guys don't mess around and get things done, skmetimes before you even need to call them.

They are a proactive, awesome group and would not hesitate to recommend or call them on my own.

Dillon was responsive and called when he was delayed before appointment time. He was able to fix the problem without replacing expensive parts

Doug was extremely fast, used a modern method for fixing the problem and was very nice and professional. I’ve always had very good service from DMS.

One of your drivers needs some driving lessons. They sped up to cut me off to do an illegal turn and almost hit me on my motorcycle. When they could have just gotten behind me.
