This place is The Real Deal!! It's a family owned business. Owner's name is Anthony and he is very upfront, professional and congenial. He will personally come out and give you a free diagnosis/estimate of the job. You will pay either that exact amount or less, never over estimated price!! Anthony and his assistant Junior came over on the scheduled date and time and diagnosed/repaired the washing machine pipe leak job in under an hour! I contacted several other plumbing companies and was quoted a higher amount just for a diagnosis!! Kristen does the scheduling and books and is very professional and pleasant to deal with. I've lived in Vegas for over 10 years and have finally found a reliable, competent and fair priced plumbing company!!!

Anthony, the owner, went out of his way to help me. I could not locate a faucet that would work on my garden tub. He was able to locate one and installed it. It was a difficult install because the tub had to be lifted. He was always on time and his company always let me know what was going on. I'm so happy to have located a plumber that I can rely on and that is HONEST. I more than got my money's worth. I would recommend this company and Anthony to anyone.

We’ve had out Royalty Plumbing twice. Once to repair a leak in the meter on our side. We had 2 companies come out. One couldn’t repair it without ripping up the sidewalk and our bushes. We called Royalty as a second opinion. Yes it was more difficult to do without ripping and cutting into the sidewalk, but they did it and in 110 degrees for several hours. Highly impressed with their ability and willingness to try harder than their competitors and save us money.
Called again for a quick garbage disposal repair. Easy peasy for them and easy on my budget. Both guys who came out were professional, friendly and courteous.
Awesome, friendly technician, worked with front office to give us several options. Would highly recommend!!

I used them to renovate my bathrooms in my one condo. They charged me $95 each to install the faucets and they charge me 450 each to do shower bodies total of three. Plus i had them install 2 tubs . 3 months later i moved into a another condo where they were charging me double $195 each to start and more. I found another plumber Boss Plumbing great service reasonable priced honest. Runaway from them and if they use Kenny floor and Tile Runaway also.

Anthony and Ray worked hard and the installation of our Rheem hybrid water heater looks good and gets rid of one more source of heat, fossil fuel use, NOx, and O3 pollution.

We've been using Royalty Plumbing for at least 7 years at both our previous home and our new home. Without a doubt, they are the best plumbers I've found in all my roughly 35 years of homeownership. They always come on time, are available for emergencies on short notice, are friendly and their work is simply top-notch. We just replaced a water heater, and they were kind (and honest) enough to determine there was still a warranty in force on the old one, and offered to swap it with the manufacturer to get us a price that was well over 50% off. Not all businesses will do that. They will just pocket the difference and say nothing. So if you're looking for an honest plumber that does top-quality work, you need look no further than these guys. We've used Anthony, Chris, Junior, and Ray, and all of them did great work. Highly recommend!

2nd repair recently: The best! On time to the minute to replace my water heater. I live in Boulder City and that actually a second for me! The staff, from reception to the plumbers, was like a Chick-Fil-A of Plumbing, great cuwtomer service! He even left me instructions on how to maintain my heater longer!
1st repair:AWESOME! I waited to get my leak fixed because i thought it would be a huge deal on second floor. He could have told me anything was needed and I would not ha e known any different. He was honest, both about product (since we decided to put a tankless water heater when our tank failed and leaked everywhere as they are known to do here in Las Vegas) and installation and cost. I came home from a weekend vacation and found that my water heater had decided to start leaking. After calling around to a couple of places, looking at Home Depot and Lowe’s, and doing some searching on yelp, I called royalty plumbing.
they gave me a straightforward quote, and didn’t include the add-ons that other companies did. They included everything at a reasonable price. When the technician arrived, he was professional and courteous. And, he got everything done quickly, and everything looked professionally installed once completed.

I hired this company to install a garbage disposal on a sink that never had one before. They gave me a price over the phone and had availability right away. Junior came out the next day and installed the disposal and was so friendly. We really appreciated his service and will definitely hire Royalty Plumbing again.

These people were on time and tremendously professional. They made very quick work of a hot water tank replacement. We were very impressed and have added them to our contact list to be called for all of our plumbing needs!
I had an outdoor pressure relief valve that had burst water spewing everywhere outside we shut the water off from the street and had no water into the house. Quality Plumbing made sure that they came out the same day only a few hours after I made the call so I would not be without water. Thank .Tony explained the reason for the broken pipe and installed one properly that was insulated and taped so that this would not happen again. Quality plumbing has quality customer service and workmanship. These are the only people I will use for plumbing problems.

Joe did a excellent job. He answered my questions, he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable. He flushed my tank and changed the anirod. He took his time a flushed until water was clear of sediment and particles. I didn’t feels that he was just here to collect money. Left the area clean and neat as he found it. If I ever need any other plumbing issues fixed I will be calling Royalty Plumbing.
Royalty performed as promised. I had an old water heater that needed to be replaced. They arrived on time, installed without any issues, cleaned up and price was very reasonable. Would definitely use Royalty again for future plumbing issues.

I have a Direct Vent water heater, which not only provides hot water to the taps, but also provides the heat for my condo. It is an expensive but not overly common water heater, so when it started leaking I called Royalty Plumbing/Water Heater Pros.
Kristen was very helpful and gave me a quick appointment. Clark was the tech who responded. He not only did a terrific job with the new installation, but he took the time to answer all of my questions.
I highly recommend their services for quality and reasonable pricing.

Top notch service, from both the office and from Junior who came out and did the repairs. Kristen and Anthony were so easy to work with getting the appointment setup ASAP for the next morning and they even scheduled me for a 7am appt. Junior the plumber showed up at 6:58am, ready to work with the water heater already on his truck. Great way to start!!
Next Junior drained the old water heater while setting out the parts on the ground for the new water heater. Junior then hooked up the new water heater tested all the lines. Junior was done pretty quickly and cleaned everything up with a broom.
I paid over the phone with a credit card and received a confirmation email and all went very smoothly.
Can’t ask for anything more. Never received a better experience.
I was recommended to Royalty Plumbing by my stepdad who said they were awesome. He was so right! I called Royalty Plumbing at 8:55 AM and Clark was at my house by 10:15 AM! He was professional, knowledgeable, respectful and efficient! He had a suspicion of what the problem may be (based on my initial call) and stopped to get the part on his way to my house so that he may fix our problem as quickly as possible. I had a few other general issues regarding our plumbing in another bathroom and he was able to completely fix them all. I will also add that pricing was incredibly fair. I highly recommend Royalty Plumbing. You won't be disappointed with the high quality of service!

We have known Anthony Desmoni (owner) since 2014. As you know and can appreciate good plumbers are very difficult to find in today's world. My wife and I probably went through ten different plumbers until we found Royalty. Mr. Desmoni is professional, very knowledgeable of his trade, courteous, caring and very fair. Six years with one plumber says it all. Even after the job is completed, Mr. Desmoni will call the client afterward to make sure everything is working. Where are you able to find this type of customer service these days?! If you decide to go with another plumbing company that will be your biggest mistake.

Royalty Plumbing is amazing! What started out as a shower that wouldn’t turn off turned into a complete shower renovation and Royalty Plumbing is helping with every step of the project. We hired this company to flush our water heater and replace two hose bibs. The service technician decided to not flust the water heater due to calcium build up??? He replaced the hose bibs. We were charged 155.00 for this lack of service. When I called to see if we were charged for the flush the girl was very short with me. I asked for an invoice I was emailed one with no price detailed. We were clearly ripped off by this family owned company! Shame on you!! Please send a detailed invoice.
I came home from the gym to a leaking water heater. Sent a txt message at 8am and had a technician at my house 40 min later! Awesome service and fairly priced! This is the only company I use for my water heater needs. Highly recommend!

With any home service, as a consumer, you're always weary as to who comes in and if they're steering you straight, in their charges and recommendations. I had a great experience with royalty plumbing. They advised me what was needed and what I could save by going to get myself. They also had support team dropping off supplies to a job that I didn't make fully clear as to what was needed due to my ignorance, but the plumber was patient and job was done perfectly to expectations and the price was lower than I had expected.. Definitely give them a call. They will be my go to for my home moving forward.

I had requested 4 things be completed they only did 2 as I wasn't there my roommate was to let them in. I emailed them very specific things I wanted done. So I emailed them back and I was told they were waiting on a tech and that was over a week ago. In addition the vent they installed they ripped. Told me I was charged for what they did. Meaning I was charged 185 to hook up a dryer and tighten a pipe. Just overall negative experience.

Needed a new tankless water heater installed. After the first company I contacted was a no-call/no-show, I called Royalty Plumbing. I couldn't be happier. I received an estimate super fast on Wednesday, about an hour after Anthony, the owner, came to see my current system. He and his team were installing my new tankless water heater and water filtration system on Friday morning at 8:00 AM. They showed up on time and did a great job. This is a completely professional and skilled/knowledgeable company. If you hire them, you can be confident that your job will be completed correctly, on time and at a fair price.

Called Royalty Plumbing for kitchen sink water leak problem. Clark was dispatched and fixed a dishwasher pipe. He went over a few things with me. I found him to be knowledgeable, honest and very nice. Won't hesitate to call this company again for any future plumbing needs.

This is the second time I've used their service. Junior was very polite and professional. Not only did he do a great job he also educated me on the problem and how to best avoid it. Honest plumber with competitive pricing. Highly recommend them.
Lost my hot water heating tank for Christmas Eve (yay me); asked for a recommendation for a good, reasonable, honest plumbing service that could work me in and work on the following Friday evening or Saturday morning. Royalty Plumbing is STELLAR! Anthony Desmoni and Junior were prompt, friendly, fast, TALENTED, clean, and the price was completely reasonable for such terrific work. The work was done quickly and my house was left completely spotless, I didn't even have to deal with disposing of a cardboard box. I told them most of us fear plumbers more than dentists--because we've all had that one terrible experience... I will never use another plumber as long as I live in Las Vegas. Honestly can't rave enough about quality of their work and customer service. The entire experience was beyond my expectations. Thank you, Anthony and Junior!!

This is the 2nd time I’ve had to use Royal plumbing for an issue in my home. Both times our plumber was very friendly and professional. He pin pointed the problem right away and showed us the issue. The repair was made quickly without nickel and dining us unnecessarily. I really feel this company is honest and trustworthy and have shared their information with several friends and family.
We have used Royalty Plumbing on several occasions. They're very responsive, willing share plumbing knowledge and are reasonably priced.

UPDATE 3/22/22: We still love Royalty Plumbing so much. They installed our water softener and filtration system in our new house, and repaired a faucet leak. Also gave us some advice about the showers (it’s an older house). Again, they were very straightforward, reasonably priced, and didn’t try to upsell us. Communication is prompt and they showed up on time. We’ll never use another plumber except Royalty!
PREVIOUS (2019ish): Royalty Plumbing was fabulous! Kristen was really friendly and Anthony came out the same day we called to replace our water heater. He gave us instructions on how to flush the water every 6 months so the heater lasts longer, and didn’t try to upsell us on every little thing he did. SO much different from most plumbers, who seem to want your water heater to die quickly so you have to call them again, and who nickel and dime you on everything. We found our plumbers for life. I highly highly recommend. Thank you!
We are board members of an h o a on the west side of town. We had a drinking fountain at the swimming pool that was leaking. We were looking for a plumbing company what's closed to the HOA. Royalty Plumbing fit the bill. Anthony the owner came to service the water fountain. The fountain was old and leaking, approximately 10 to 12 years old. Because of the age of the fountain it took Anthony a little while to expose the inner workings of the fountain. once the guts of the fountain were exposed it was realized it was not worth repairing Anthony was able to cap the supply line and eliminate the leak and while doing this he was laying on his back and getting dripped on at a fairly constant rate. Thru all of this he was pleasant and composed and a pleasure to deal with. Anytime our association has a plumbing problem royalty plumbing will be the first call we make.
