And many thanks to the techs that are so understanding and patient with the ups and downs of trying to coordinate with the residents. Its been a wild AC season. This is my second property working with them and the second rough AC season where they've especially come through for me. I also cannot stress enough how much I appreciate how very attentive they've been to needs of my property owner with regard to the documentation they like to see, which helps a lot in streamlining the approvals. Our thermostat on one side of house stopped working and we called AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC who we were very happy with when they installed our new units several years ago. Randy came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pretty simple fix (for him) at the air handler unit and he had us up and running again in no time! A blessing un In summer for sure. CK's Plumbing & Backflow is an excellent company! I needed my outdoor faucets replaced, so I sent them an email, and within an hour I had a convenient appointment scheduled. After appearing on time for the appointment with a courtesy call included, Sean and Anthony replaced both of my outdoor faucets, and I'm totally satisfied with their results. CK's has become my go-to company for plumbing; I'm always happy with their professionalism, punctuality, and quality.

Terrible experience with this company. His final price came in 75% higher than his original estimate and when I told him he needed to negotiate with me to work out the huge indescrepency in price he threatened to have me arrested and filed a complaint against me with the state attorneys office. We ended up paying him what he asked for just because he seemed so unstable and aggressive and we really didn’t want to have to deal with him anymore. My husband felt it was better to give this thief what he wanted and just walk away then fight him over $1400 dollars. Definitely dishonest and not even a good plumber since we have had issues with his work since then. Would give him a zero star review if that were an option.
