My kitchen sink got clogged last night and I spent two hours this morning snaking the pipes and removing and cleaning the trap with no success . It was a great experience. There was a leak in my bathroom. I called C3 Plumbing and they came on short notice, stopped the leakage, gave me a fair quote for work that needed to be done, and did an excellent job. Had Gavyn out in June and got the vaguest invoice. I called multiple times to get a more in depth invoice with details of what was performed and the findings and here we are in September, still getting the run around. Paid $425.00 for who knows what!

I was practically at my wits' end, wrestling with three over-tightened whole house water filters that just would not move. I had tried every remedy and YouTube tutorial under the sun. And after I had wasted enough money on filter wrenches, straps, and other Amazon best sellers, I decided to swallow my pride and bring in the professionals.

I Called several plumbers who perform the annual backflow assembly testing for my area in North Carolina. Nissa from And 1 Backflow, LLC was the only one who explained in detail what exactly is required for this procedure. 3 days after my initial call the testing was completed! All the necessary paperwork was handled properly and I received a PASSING Maintenance Report from the county that same day via email. I am also on a annual testing schedule now! Couldn't be happier!

The seal they put on the toilet leaks, and when the technician showed back up, he had no interest in checking it out and just left. I called him for six months to come back out and fix the toilet. Finally, I had to get another contractor my advice to you is that you don’t get involved with them because if anything goes wrong, you’re gonna have to call somebody else in and fix it, very rude and condescending company. No communication.

I called them out for a gas leak I had been told I had by Atmos. They came out and responded pretty quickly and were nice.
However, without even checking for leaks it was recommended my entire gas lines needed replacing for $9,400.
I asked about testing for a leak and they told me the test will be expensive ($900) and was unnecessary because it is just going to tell them what they already know and that is I need a completely new system. In my mind I’m thinking if I’m going to spend the $9400 you say it’s going to cost for new lines, I’m going to need a little more convincing evidence.
So I called around and went with another plumber recommended by friends. The leak test was less than a quarter of what Koen quoted and they didn’t even try to tell me what was wrong or give me an estimate until they were done with their leak test.
Though the repairs were time and labor intensive, the entire system did not need to be replaced as was recommended by Koen.
I hate to give a local business such a terrible rating but I was pretty disappointed to feel ripped off by someone from my own neighborhood.

Don't give this guy your business! The owner of this Company ripped us off for $1300 saying he needed the money to get supplies and then never came back to finish the job. He kept in contact for a couple days saying he was on his way or would be there at a certain time and then flaked completely. The kicker was before he stopped responding to me, he told me his truck broke and he used my money which was for supplies to fix it. Real class act!
