Patrick is the MAN!!! We went from 88 degrees to 72 in no time. Patrick found a small puncture in the copper line and had the system repaired quickly. Fast, friendly, and genuinely supreme service from Patrick & Wheeler AC!

Wheeler AC is the best! We called when our AC stopped working on Sunday. By Monday afternoon the technician had diagnosed the problem, replaced the fan capacitor and had us back in business. Five stars for sure!!

The sum of all fears is having your AC quit in Arizona in the middle of July. This is why I will be eternally grateful to Wheeler because I endured the least amount of suffering possible due to the speed and efficiency in which they were able to replace my failed unit. From the time I called them to the time the old unit was removed and replaced with a brand new one was under 2 days -- and they loaned me 2 portable AC units to keep the house cool while they did the installation. Two years later, the compressor on the unit failed (under the 5 year parts warranty) and they were able to get a replacement installed the next day and didn't charge me one cent for the labor. The owner, Shawn, is an old school, straight shooter that stands behind his work and does what he says he will do exactly on schedule. His techs are friendly, professional and precise and his office staff have been patient and friendly throughout all interactions I've with them over the past 3 years. Bottom line: there are a million AC companies in the valley and I was fortunate enough to find the hands-down best one of them all.

Thomas was extremely kind and helpful. He was able to diagnosis the problem, go get the necessary part and install it all within an hour. Not to mention they were able to service the same day as the call to book an appointment. Could not have asked for better.

Our A/C went out with 110 degree temps outside. Wheeler came the same day, spent two hours checking every aspect of our system to find the problem and had a new system installed and running less than two days later. Amazing service!

We had (pleasantly pass tense) a leaking Delta shower faucet cartridge. The copper pipes leading to the Delta insert had been seeping for years.

Our neighbors suggested Wheeler Air Conditioning and Plumbing as they had some work accomplished and were very pleased.

Contact was made yesterday morning and Eddie Jr., with the plumbing division, arrived within an hour. After a short discussion, all was arranged to have Eddie Sr. arrive at 7:30 this morning (May 11) to implement the repair.

Eddie Sr., arrived minutes early. Within an hour the task was accomplished very much to our satisfaction. Eddie Sr. fully explained the issue and left the work area spotless.

Susan and I are very pleased with Eddie Sr.’s fine craftmanship and with Wheeler Air Conditioning and Plumbing over all.

Patrick was the latest of the great techs I have had service my AC. Needed it asap and got it done and for a great price!

On the day of a scheduled close of escrow , it was noticed on the final walk through that the heat wasn't working. The seller was worried that they would have to replace the heating at the last minute for the home to close, which would have been expensive. I called Wheeler Air conditioning and scheduled a technician to come out ASAP. Brad arrived about 3 hours later, assessed the problem, fixed it and the heating was working again at a minimal cost to my seller. My seller and I both were so grateful to Wheeler Air for getting us scheduled at last minute on a Friday, and also for Brad, who is a skilled tech who communicated clearly to both myself and the seller. This is my second time using Wheeler air and both times I’ve had great technicians very professional. I actually called this morning because my air conditioner was leaking and I received a call right back. There was a cancellation and they fit me right in. Manny the tech answered all our questions. Very nice. Felt like Red Carpet service.

Great honest service. Years ago I we discovered Wheeler A/C, when a close friend of the family, Brad began working for them. Each time we have needed A/C service, we ask for Brad. This year Brad was already scheduled and they sent Chase to handle the repairs. Great job Chase.

My A/C stopped blowing cold air on a hot Monday night in June. They sent a tech out on Tuesday who figured out it was the blower motor and on Wednesday they had obtained a replacement and installed it. Good prompt work and no issues getting my warranty fulfilled. Only issue was that on Monday night the on-call tech never picked up the phone even though I called several times. Glad to have cold air again though.

Of course one of our AC units died when it was 110 degrees. Wheeler air conditioning came out to look at the unit that day. Our units were from the 90's and we knew it was a matter of time this would happen. My husband and I decided that it would be best to just replace them (knowing they were on their last leg anyway). Wheeler came out with new units first thing the next morning and had us up and running by noon. They were amazing, fast and professional! They helped us right away and made sure our home was cool for our family in the dead of the summer heat. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs help with their AC units.

Wheeler was recommended to me by a friend of mine. So glad I found them as they didn’t try to sell me anything that wasn’t needed. Will be calling them soon for AC maintenance before summer.

If you need help with your AC, this is the place you need to call. They were so friendly, helpful and understanding during this stressful time when our Air Conditioner broke. They were willing to go the extra mile to help get us with what we needed as soon as possible. Which is a big deal especially due to the AZ heat.

I recently had them out at one of my investment properties in Scottsdale and they were really quick and really easy to work with. I will be using them for future properties that we have.

Terrible service. I have multiple rentals that I manage, and I am a DYI guy myself when i have the time so I know a bit about working with contractors and what things should cost.

I needed a coolant line cut and moved a few feet down. This was an easy but urgent job, as my contractor found this while removing a bathtub during a remodel. At first, they quoted me over the phone $800-$1500 (price to drill hole not included). They then route me to a technician who never called me back. Instead he texts me and agrees to come take a look at the job on the following Monday. Then, I get a text on Saturday, (2 days before the technician was supposed to show up) saying he can't do it as he can't drill holes. I told him that I'd drill the hole, i just need the AC line cut and reattached. His response At this time I would not be able to. Just got a few jobs that will keep me busy.

What?! What kind of company is this? I would attach the screenshot of the conversation as you can read that he clearly did not care, but it keeps getting flagged by the upload system. In the end, I got another company to do it for 900. They were excellent and showed up when they said they would. Imagine that!

Technician Brad serviced our air conditioning. Was here in 30 minutes. Professional and friendly. Very informative and had us cooled down in just 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

The air conditioner broke and the temp inside reached 86. Chase was very friendly and professional, and he fixed it quickly and same day.

We are very happy with Wheeler Air Conditioning. Our ac wasn’t working and it was 106 degrees outside. We called Wheeler and they had the technician Cody out to our house within an hour. We are very happy with the timely response and they didn’t take financial advantage of the unfortunate situation we were in.

Mr Wheeler and his company were by far the best at customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time! They responded promptly, we’re professional, and came through at a time when I needed them most. As a vacation rental owner it’s important to have a team that cares about their business as much as I do. These guys care and it shows! 8/17/22: had an A/C drain clog which resulted in a water drip in my attic. I called Wheeler and they came out the next day. Brad was efficient and friendly. The price for the fix was fair. Highly recommended!!

I have purchased two AC units from Wheeler and they went out of their way to ensure satisfaction. I had a problem with one of the units on a weekend and they came right out to fix it. Their prices are very fair. Brad did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them!
