We contacted Copper Country Plumbing on a Sunday after our toddler granddaughter managed to shove my ring down the overflow drain in our bathroom sink. Nick arrived at our home as he committed within only two hours of our call and was able to retrieve my ring without damage to the ring or sink.
What's more, he came back the next day to replace the drain in a finish to match our faucet as the finish on the original was worn and damaged. For this wonderful, quick service on a Sunday, we were charged less than we'd expect to pay for non-emergency service and the work was performed flawlessly. We will definitely use them again!

Mike Honey and Crew completed a huge project for us. They did an amazing job replacing our old cast iron plumbing with all new. Mike was honest, responsive and he and his team kept a messy job worksite clean & organized, and allowed workable plumbing at the end of each day during the process. Ali quickly responded to a call for a blocked sewer line. It was a much bigger job than expected, but he got us up and running. The second time was this last week. He and his crew came out and started on a Sunday and was finished on a Tuesday. Instead of Jack hammering out my Concrete slab to get to the pipes, they went underneath my home and replaced a 60 year old section of cast iron with new pipe. I’m so thankful that he once again responded to an immediate pipe failure and got us up and running.

Had Legacy come out to do a faucet repair at our home. Canon was very professional and completed the repair in short order. He also took the time to explain a few things that I had no idea about concerning our water heaters. He never tried to sell me anything and explained how I could do it on my own to save money. He even took the time to explain some things about how to protect the house from the extreme cold we will have this weekend. Very professional and knowledgeable. We have used Legacy Plumbing in the past and won't hesitate to use them again when needed.

Adrian and Rooter-Rooter successfully unclogged our kitchen sink drain. This was a tricky job because our house is old, and the connections between the various drain lines are obscure. We were very pleased with the timely service call and professionalism. They explained everything clearly and cheerfully, and helped us better understand how our 100 year-old farmhouse is plumbed! The pricing was fair, and I would not hesitate to call Rooter-Rooter again.

The only plumbers we could find that would come out and help us with our issue on July 3rd. Apparently when other competitors say they are 24/7 they really mean if we feel like it. These two guys Mario & Frank came out and fixed our problem and found what caused that problem in the first place and fixed that too. Same day call and appointment. Very friendly and punctual. Let us know what they were doing step by step. Kudos gentlemen, thank you for a job well done.

I woke up to a loud bang and no hot water on the first -11F day of the year. I called my usual handyman, but after getting no response my boss recommended Mountain Mechanical. I was in and out of my house all morning but they had a tech out in under an hour, figured out what went wrong and were able to explain their process from assessment, to repair, and what I can do to avoid having to call them in the future. Definitely added to my contact list for future repair.
