Two different reviews:1) 1-star for arrival timeliness. Was promised service between 8-10am, and got a call at 10am telling me they would be another 90 minutes. 90 minutes later, still no one. Had to call them to follow up again. I had to run errands, offered to let them come in and do the work, said they can't do anything with homeowner not present. I has errands to run, so rescheduled to 1-3pm. Get a call at 2:45 telling me they are 30-45 minutes out. Sorry, but that's lousy.2) 5-stars for actual service - Shawn came by to fix a leak on a plumbing installation that was almost out of warranty. He was quick to diagnose and fix, courteous, and even answered a few off the cuff plumbing questions as well. After my last sub-par experience with Roto-Rooter (previous install was a PITA & they didn't do the job right), was not looking forward to this, but Shawn helped make things right. Well done Shawn.

They replaced the gas service line, found gas leaks in the house, and repaired them. Julio, Chris, and Billy were a great team. Thanks, guys, for all your help!
