Repairman arrived on time determined the problem and presented me with three estimates.None had specifics ie Brand of faucet model number or price. Verbally I was asked some questions and given a view of the faucet he was going to one of his suppliers to pickup.On his return he told me he couldn't get the faucet he described to me but had gotten on much more expensive and he would honor the quote. Once installed and he left I was able to do search the brand and model. To my surprise it has a known issue, which I have encountered. I called Happy Home and the Repairman came out and basically said you approved it. After calling his 'supervisor I was informed that if I purchased a new faucet Happy Home was install it for no charge.So, demand a detail estimate, don't except without researching the product. The service man is not your friend.

I've known Rob for over 30 years, and knew he was a plumber, but never called him... until I learned my lesson!!! A few years back our home warranty company sent us out a plumber to help us deal with a broken water line in our kitchen floor. The estimated price of repair was HUGE and we were told the repair couldn't be scheduled right away because they were booked! I called Rob and he came out what seemed like instantly (compared to the warranty plumber) AND FIXED the issue for LESS THAN 1/2 of what the warranty plumber was quoting. The repair has never given us an issue since. Now, he is THE ONLY plumber our family relies on. (I feel guilty that we didn't rely on him sooner!) If you want a job done RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, and want a REASONABLE PRICE, and a timely response...don't wait like I did....CALL ROB NOW!

Such a great team! We had a small flood that led to us looking at the pipes. They replaced all our old copper pipes and even fixed the main line pipes that used to stick out in the front yard. From the moment we started the GM Juan was there. He explained everything thoroughly and was always at our disposal. James and Chad were always on time and professional.
