Richard explained everything and quoted us a very reasonable fee. (1/3 of the price) Arrived on time, finished around an hour. Explained everything. Definitely don’t hesitate to call Richard.

We had an urgent situation where the main shutoff valve for the water to our house was stuck and we couldn’t turn it back on. Living Waters came to our house after hours, unstuck the valve, and proceeded to repair a toilet that wasn’t working. The technician was professional and meticulous with his work. We felt extremely taken care of. We would definitely recommend Living Waters.

I have used Smith and Son Plumbing on 3 different occasions in 2019 at our home and at my mom's house. Everyone I've encountered from John in the office, to Chris and most recently Mario have been extremely professional, down to earth and with a genuine interest to help. Chris did a great job of helping my mom feel comfortable during his visits, and patiently answered all her questions. They don't gouge you on pricing and will work with you to find a a reasonable and cost effective solution to the problem. The only down side is that if you call the office and you don't get John, leaving a message is like an act of congress. This seems to be a corporate process that needs to simplified to minimize customer frustration. I will continue to use Smith and Son Plumbing for future needs and recommend their services.

Excellent customer service & care occurred before, during, and after the job. This was combined with robust plumbing solutions to multiple stubborn & relatively complicated plumbing installations. Theo created a custom sink drain for a leak-prone drain on a tricky upstairs bathroom sink that now drains flawlessly. He also configured custom drains for a dated basement bathroom remodel. Downstairs toilet now flushes like a projectile capsule ejecting from a spaceship. Not going to hold back on seconds for sunday steak dinner anymore.
