Platinum Plumbing LLC

This company is a fraud! They sent me an amateur technician with no tools and zero experience to do the job. After 5 hours trying to fix the shower, he called for backup and failed to fix the problem. He promised to come back to finish the job which he never did. They never return my calls or pick up when.m I call. When I called my warranty company, turns out they already sent them an invoice as if the job was done.

I used Platinum Plumbing for a pipe leak in bathroom. Andrew was my service technician. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of the issue and what he was doing. Fixed the problem.. Had Great Service. Happy with the service...

Our technician was Ray B. He did a great job diagnosing the issue and fixed it in a timely manner. Thank you for such a great experience!

*Update: you won't get a call from them, but the techs that have shown up have been great and the work is done fast. Very poor over the phone service though. Know that going in.

I 100% agree with Tony and his review! The women who answers the phone - not nice and uncommunicative. 3rd time I called off work for appointments set by my home warranty, but Platinum kept pushing back my times. I changed my review after the work was done, but they've had 3 chances to make a good impression. Terrible so far.
*And your response to peoples reviews, Platinum, is even rude. Not impressed.

Came out to our house through home warranty ,and didn’t fix the three things we asked them to fix ! They have the most horrible customer service ,my wife called to get answers why nothing was fixed and the lady that answered the phone was rude and basically a B!tch to my wife ! I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy !!!
