Expert cooling and heating LLC never reached out to me within 48 hours as the Home Warranty company said they should do.
When they finally reached out to me 7 days later, I was greeted with directives and hostility, was put on hold and hung up on twice by Jose. He said he needed to come to my house today, and did not give me any other day/time options.
I asked Jose if he had a supervisor or manager I could speak to, and he said he doesn’t have to answer my questions. Jose also said (before he hung up on me) that he does not have a boss as he’s the technician (that is coming to my house) the manager and owner of this company.
After I confirmed who I was, I told him that I cannot be home till 2pm, and he would not acknowledge that. He indicated he may show up earlier than 2 anyway, despite me telling him that I needed after 2pm. I think that’s reasonable considering he wants to come over the same day as he called me for the first time and never gave alternative days or times.
Despite having called me to my same number a few minutes prior, he then said that he doesn’t know who I am, after I confirmed who I was, and he hung up on me. He knew who I was, but pretended not to for some reason. I’m assuming as it was because I was requesting he show up when I was available and he didn’t want to acknowledge this.
Shortly after this, while I was working and could not answer, Jose called back and said he was someone else. He pretended like we hadn’t just spoken and said he was coming over at 12pm and said he was going to come “right now”, 2 hours prior to me being available. He called again while I was working and couldn’t answer leaving another voicemail stating he’s canceling the appointment due to me not answering his calls, while I was at work. This review follows.
