John is a top notch entity in the plumbing business. He is knowledgeable and knows the ins and outs of what needs to be done. I have used his business several times and I am highly satisfied each and every time. The workers are all professional and pleasant and do an excellent job. I have dealt with plumbing companies in the past and many just wanted to replace everything each time. Keith Nelson Plumbing is simply the best. DJ and Justin and their crew are so kind, knowledgeable, hardworking, extremely good at what they do, and always go the extra mile. I cannot say enough good things about them. They have installed new water valves for us, new outdoor spigots, and a new kitchen faucet. We are so happy that we can work with them. We had a VERY VERY bad experience in the past with a different plumbing company on 2 separate plumbing issues, so we were so grateful when a friend of mine referred us to Keith Nelson. Waited two weeks for an estimator to come out only to get a voicemail one hour before the appointment saying that the company doesn’t work in multi family buildings. I came to St. Paul Pipeworks because they were recommended by a smaller plumber who only does single family, which I explained. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

Lady was extremely rude, and disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. She claimed to be the owner, but i just cannot bring myself to believe that someone would sabotage their own company like that. I'll never use elite plumbing. I'll just go right across grand to the other plumbing company!

This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
