The repair guy called early and said, Is now a good time? It was! (earlier than we'd booked) He was personable, professional, knew just what to do, and the shower is draining beautifully now. A delighted five stars.

I highly recommend using Roadrunner plumbing. If you need any type of plumbing work done, Mike is the guy to use. He's very professional. He calls back quickly and always manages to get to your plumbing issue that day. He's very fair in pricing, very professional work & he is very neat in doing the job. He's always been able to get our jobs done with no issues. He is also one of the nicest people we've meet. It's wonderful to have a very nice & professional plumber you can trust & count on. There are a ton of plumbers, but not many that you can trust with high volume losses/emergencies and get consistent and reliable service each and every time. No matter the distance or time of day Kinetic leaves each job with happy residents and great follow to management.

You should definitely save their phone number because you just never know when you'll need their help.

I was very happy with the work they did for me and the price was much lower than another plumber bid the project for.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . He brought so much tranquility and professionalism. He was able to take care of our issue with great responsibility. I can’t thank him enough ! and Mr. Rooter’s team for the service I’ve received . If you knew me, you would know I have high standards and Icon Plumbing exceeded them. Not only were they able to show up day of when other plumbers left us with a main water shut off valve leaking and couldn't get back out for 5 days, but Icon Plumbing made sure the issue was resolved. On top of actually completing the job we called them out for which others could not, they were nice, and respectful. What do I mean by respectful you ask? Gunther asked before grabbing random towels for cleaning up the water. I didn't notice until I was leaving, but he switched out shoes from muddy ones to clean ones for inside our house. These are things I would think should happen, but with our experience with plumbers over this last week this is not the norm. Keep up the good work Gunther, you have earned us as a customer for life.

No water coming into the house this morning. Called the county who came out and shut of the main so we could get it fixed. Called Pardo on recommendation. 24 hr answering service took our call and we had a call back in minutes and a truck at our house within an hour. Problem fixed at a very reasonable rate. Would definitely recommend!

Smiley Plumbing was amazing to work with. We got a call back within an hour about a leak, a house call by the end of the day and a new kitchen faucet installed within 24 hours of us reaching out. Trey was knowledgeable and shared what and why he was doing something every step of the way. He guided us in choosing a new facet and installed it while also fixing up some outdated pipes and emergency shut off valves. They are very rude and inconsiderate of people and their time and appointments. Not punctual at all, and they don't respect their appointments. I had an appointment set for 9 in the morning, and I missed work, only for them to never show up at all. Terrible service.

Forced into using their services pretty much, multiple different quotes none of which were accurate and then dropped a massive bill on me because I had to use a commercial service for my residential low income housing I was living in. I wouldn't recommend from my personal experience.

i used these guys before. they came in did the work without discussing the price then charged me an almost $1000 i was not happy or even pleased with the work at all.

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.
