We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

3am my water tank was starting to leak faster than my my towels to absorb. I was super worried that wouldn’t find a good plumbing company to come out, until I came across Orlando City Plumbing! I gave a ring assuming no one would answer at such an hour, but Bryce answered his phone and was able to not only come out, but even shut off the hot water valve that hadn’t been touch since it’s installation (it was installed back in 2004!). With the biggest issues contained, Bryce gave us the run down of what we could do next and even explained different options of tanks they had, and why they specifically carry those. We were able to easily schedule an appointment and Andrew, his business partner, came out and installed our new tank within good time. Andrew also gave us the run down of making sure to turn the hot water valve (located at the top of the tank) yearly to prevent build up of the hard water.
If there is ever another plumbing issue, I just know who to call!

Did a great job and was timely in replacing the water heater

These guys were the best. We had a sewer backup issue, and after a couple visits from another company, they determined there was massive blockage in the sewer pipes from at least a year ago. Jesse came out and started tearing up the floor to access the pipes, and the team came out the next day to replace everything. Fantastic job. Friendly, explained everything. Highly recommended

Danny came out and provided us high quality service. He had clear expertise and explained things in a way that made perfect sense. He allowed me time to think through my decision and in the end he saved us tons of money by being patient and us working to find the root cause of the problem. Will definitely use the service again and would welcome Danny anytime as our service expert.

Matt arrived early which was awesome! He was professional and personable. He did his job efficiently and left everything in good order. This is our second experience with The Plumbing Firm and we have been very pleased with the results both times!

UPDATE - very unhappy with my experience with Quality Comfort. The repairman swore everything was in order yesterday by the time he left, but we had another night of VERY COLD temperatures! He did not fix the problem at all! I won’t use this company again.

Donald was a life saver I came home from vacation to find water everywhere and this was on a Sunday he was the first one to answer the phone and boy I'm glad he did. Within 45 minutes his guys were at my house fixing the water heater and they even help me with the clean up! Great company

We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Had a nasty stopped up drain in the basement, and Twin City Rooter was recommended by our local plumber. They set me up with 'Don', who called me pretty quick, and was here the same day. He jumped right in and it turned out to be a tough job - but he had us all fixed up in no time. Friendly guy, and very reasonable price!!
